The server, David, was super awesome and knowledgeable. He answered every question we threw at him and then some. Not once did he get frustrated. It did take the food a while to come out for our group of six. The tables were also kind of small.

Had a girl’s night out here and had a great experience! The restaurant is very pretty and staff was very pleasant. The menu had a good variety and they were willing to work with any requests or substitutions we asked for, even if it was an off the menu cocktail that was not often asked about (Italian Margarita). Would highly recommend checking out!

What an experience! I sat solo at the bar and happened to come in about 5 minutes before the end of happy hour on a Friday night. The bar staff were quick to point out their HH menu and took my order asap to get in a couple specials before it ended. Service was phenomenal, you can just tell these people care about their guests. True hospitality. And the food – From apps to pasta to oysters to dessert right down to the bread, olives and oil, this place is top tier. One Might expect that from a chef with a James Beard, but it’s still impressive. Every detail seems to shine. In a lifetime of excellent culinary experiences, Farina shines. And I don’t give that praise lightly. Also perfectly paired cocktails and wines. Che buono!

Absolutely delicious! I’m from Minneapolis traveling with my wife. We decided to try a nice restaurant like Farina. What a great option for fine dining. The restaurant is gorgeous. On side is a little louder than the other. We sat on the quieter, more romantic side with comfortable wing back chairs. Our server Betsy was attentive, kind, and courteous.

The food was alright given its popularity but their wine selection is great. Ordered one appetizer and main. First, the octopus and was super chewy, either it was reheated or cooked for too long. Second, the rabbit gnocchi was underwhelming, I believe they mixed chicken with some rabbit (unless the rabbit was a farmed rabbit). Probably will not return or recommend to others

My favorite restaurant in KC. Michael’s menu is always fun to explore and the place has a great bar. Depending on when you arrive, parking might be a challenge so plan accordingly.

We ate half the menu. Drank delicious champagne and wine and when in Rome you definitely opt for the truffle supplement. Farina was everything it should be and more! No pictures was to busy enjoying the beautiful company I had at the table. This was one of the few occasions I wish I had the ability to award a 6th star…… Google let’s talk.
