We live a few blocks away and walk by frequently. It was our first time stopping for breakfast. Previously had their excellent pre-made take home meals. The service was friendly, warm and efficient. The food was imaginative, fresh and delicious. Top three best dining experiences I have had in Memphis.

New to the area and live in the Cooper Young area so we are within walking distance of several Cooper-Young restaurants. The breakfast at Farm and Fig exceeded our expectations. I really don’t want to give them 5 stars because if they become even more popular, I’m afraid the would leave the C-Y for a bigger space and not be as accessible to us. Oh well, I can’t do them the disservice–5 stars plus!

Cozy small cafe with such a varied menu it’s hard to choose. The staff are warm and friendly and the food over-the-top delicious. I had the banana French toast with bacon and peanut butter syrup. Yes, it’s in as good as it sounds.
