This was my first dining experience with Farm Burger and might be my last. I was not impressed with the food at all, neither one of my three boys liked their burgers. I ordered 2 farm burgers, a vegan burger, and the double bacon cheese burger and 2 baskets of fries. My vegan burger was pretty mushy and had a burnt unpleasant flavor to it which overpowered the entire burger. My boys burgers they took all about 2 bites and immediately sad it’s a no for them. Our fries were mixed in with old and new and just tasted unpleasant and I spent $67 just for it to be wasted on a family dining meal that was just bad. I was not satisfied at all even after I said something to the waiter nothing was offered to compensate the experience. Not even an apology. The young guy at the counter was pretty helpful with the menu.

Farm Burger is the burger spot hands down in Memphis, TN. The only reason I stopped by today is because it’s convenient for me being that I live in the building. I’m very specific when I order, when I received my order everything was wrong. I ask for no salt on sweet potato fries; they were drowned in salt. Wanted a sunny side up egg on my burger as you can see from the photo I don’t know what that is. I’m so done with this place. I will never eat here again.

Farm Burger is a nice treat in Crosstown Crossing! Staff was friendly and the burgers tasted as good as anything I’ve had in Memphis. Fries and onion rings were very good. Atmosphere can be a little loud due to the acoustics, but you can always eat at an outside table if the weather is good. We would definitely return!

My new favorite burger place ever, on the planet. Plus the most delicious fries to compliment the burgers and the best sweet tea in the Mid-South. This will be a regular place for us and I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Passing through Memphis on our road trip we decided to grab a (grassfed) burger here. It was pretty good, but a little on the bland side for us. We got burgers and a basket of fries which they said was for about 2 people but I would say it’s more like 4 people. My daughter got a kids meal, which was a small burger with fries, or you could pick fruit and veg which was apple slices, carrots and celery woth sunflower butter)We did not finish them between 2 adults and 2 kids. They seemed understaffed as there was only 1 cashier and 1 server and both were working very hard and were very helpful.

As someone with a farm in the family, I know a little something about grass fed burger. Let me tell you what, these guys do great job. Order made correct, came out quick, and was delicious. Fries are a bit greasy in case that isn’t your thing. Local beers on tap are a bonus. Located within the concourse in the back. Complete hidden gem!

Some of the best burgers we have had anywhere! Great grilled flavor, tender and juicy. These are messy but fantastic burgers! I highly recommend Farm Burger! My wife said the bacon double cheese burger was excellent.

Farm Burger is a great place in Memphis if you’re in the area to pick up a freshly made burger and beer. It’s in the Crosstown shopping center which has a number of shops in a converted Sears warehouse.

Drove 1 hour with my family of 5 because the google maps listing showed it was open. But of course farm burger didn’t care enough about their customers to update their profile here.

Customer service should be EVERYTHING. This WAS one of my favorite burger spots in Memphis, however I WILL not be back after today. The food was brought to us my the manager. We asked for our drinks, which comes in cans, and she brought them with no ice nor cups. I asked for a cup and she told me I had to get up and come and get it myself. I then noticed my burger was missing the double cheese that I ordered. I went to the bar to let them know. They begin to look for their copy of the receipt. They then brought me the receipt and said I wasn’t charged for the cheese, and if I wanted it I had to go get back in line. After already standing in a long line for 15-20 minutes to place my original order, I was told I needed to get back in the line which was now longer then when I originally ordered. The guy came back and told me the amount for the cheese. I paid him for the cheese and was told they were cooking me a FRESH burger. I told them to take my onion rings because they were gong to get cold and asked for a fresh batch. We asked again if i was getting a FRESHLY cooked burger and was told yes. When they brought my food we asked for a third time of this was a FRESHLY cooked burger and was told yes. When checking, it was the exact same burger because the lettuce was now wilted and the pickles were soggy and it was missing the tomato which I had already taken off when I originally examined the burger. And not to mention the burger was now burnt from them placing the same patties back on the grill/fire to melt the cheese. This establishment is in poor hands with this type of management and customer service. We will never come back to this spot and we recommend everyone else stay away.
