At Farm to Truck we go out of our way to find fresh local Colorado products, when available. We find that local produce and livestock not only taste better but are better for all of us and our environment.
We strive to bring simple, delicious food to the Denver front range area starting with our beef and lamb products. Sourced from the heart of the Colorado grasslands at Willow Creek Meats our burgers are responsibly delicious and sustainably good, not to mention hormone and antibiotic free and nutrient rich. Our lamb and beef burgers bring the wow factor to your tastebuds.

Thank you so much for helping us host a great party! These guys pulled off serving a ton of food in a very short window of time, about 170 meals in a few hours! Everything was super tasty. We hired Farm to Truck to cater an employee appreciation lunch at our shop. They were here early to set up, and were able to quickly turn out food for our hungry crews. And what great food! Mine was amazing and everyone else seemed thrilled too! The owner and his co-worker were very pleasant and helpful, and even let us taste test sides if we weren’t sure what we wanted. I’ve never hired a food truck before but I know who I’ll be going with next time! It’s great to know we can get locally-sourced, healthy food with such convenient service! Vegetarian options available too 🙂

My friend and I are here tonight at New Terrain Brewing after a great mountain bike ride – eager for some tasty burgers. We ordered 2 lamb burgers from Farm to Truck only to be severely disappointed by what we voted to be the driest burgers we’ve ever been served. It was like biting into slightly softened particle board. Save the $20+ it will cost you for garbage, and eat somewhere better…as in anywhere. Beer was great as usual – thanks New Terrain!

One of two or three “favorite” food trucks for us, and we’ve seen many! The dishes are well composed, fresh-tasting ingredients and include some healthy options. Any of the burgers are huge, suitable for sharing. Love the BLT with curry potato salad on the side. My wife loves the spicy salad with pulled chicken, tried to get a photo of it but she already had it half gone! So that’s the photo attached!

I don’t usually write reviews but the salad bar salad with potato salad curry was literally spot on for the random but delicious combination of things I’d put together at a co-op salad bar. Only thing I’d add is Sriracha.

FtT is so yummy! The guys were super helpful with recommendations. We got the lamb burger with the apple sage slaw and the pesto mac salad. And fries 🙂 Everything was fantastic – the burger was cooked perfectly and the goat cheese was a fantastic pairing. I can’t wait to try more items from this truck!
