Wonderful atmosphere. My family and friends ..7 of us… was there this weekend because of the Veggie Fest at the eastern market. They wanted something else, and we went inside of this wonderful establishment. Highly recommend them. The tasty food choices and serving sizes are perfect. Along with the price!

Not sure why you have to scroll through pages of Google listings to find Farmer Frank’s- this is such a solid classic brunch spot in Detroit.

I was really loving my eggs Benedict until i tried my wife’s corned beef Benny. It was love at first bite. My mother in law really enjoyed her very berry waffle too.

The staff wasso nice and accommodating! (We had over 20 people, post wedding) They helped us move a table, the food came super fast for how busy it was, and my water was never empty.

I ordered the Florentine Benedict. It was just thrown together. Nothing was hot. The English Muffin was not toasted. The tomato and spinach were cold which made the egg and hollandaise sauce not warm. I couldn’t take eating my cold Benedict anymore, so I finally asked the server for just one piece of a toasted muffin. Then I was able to finish my meal. I also ordered biscuits and gravy which had no seasoning. My friend said mice were chewing on the sweetnlow. I didn’t think so until I saw the teeth marks.

Good food. Quick service. Great location. They were slammed on a Saturday morning with Eastern Market in full swing, but they seemed to handle it well. If ya can go early to beat the crowd!

Great place to start your day before shopping through the market. New look inside is nice and very comfrotable. Menu is good and the food plus the service was great. Biscuits and gravy were amazing and great side to our order. Location is about perfect as it can be. Looking forward to next visit.

Really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly and the service was really good. A great place to try, especially if you are also heading to Eastern Market. I recommend you put Farmer Frank’s on your “Must Try” list.

Multiple tables of larger parties than us, who were seated after us, got their food before us, ate their entire meals, finished and left, and new people were sat, before we got our meal that was supposed to be quick and easy – eggs. We think they forgot to put our order in, which is fine, mistakes happen, but they did nothing at all to right the wrong, which is our problem. Most restaurants, after a 60+ minute wait for eggs, would have offered us some form of comp. When we finally got our food, the toast was burnt and not worth eating, which neither of us wanted in the first place, but they would not allow us to do substitutions, even with an upcharge that we were happy to pay. Also, this place is another in the growing trend of restaurants with high, open ceilings, with exposed metal ducts – very, very noisy. The service leaves much to be desired, but giving credit where it is due, the people were very nice to us.
