I never experienced this from Fast5 until today it was the worst experience ever!!! I called in my order (2 pizzas) and paid for it – I was told by Joanna my order would be ready in 10-15 mins. I even called back to confirm the time. I get there and she forgot to place my order. She offered to give me a free pepperoni pizza and apologized for the delay. I was like okay. I was to hot to wait in there – it’s hot like a sauna and I had to be home by 6:30 pm so I didn’t look at the pizza I get home and all three pizzas were burnt. I called back and told her i am bringing them all back to redo my pizza. She makes them and I was like where is my free pizza – she responded with that was the only one I had to give out for free. I was like can I please get the number for your manager and she then calls the manager and makes me wait for 2 mins before she bands me over the number. I call it and goes to voice mail. All this is not acceptable!!! Here is a picture of just one of the pizzas. I should have taken a picture of all three to post!!

It was hotter than hot in this place i understand its hot outside but please! My order took longer than usual. I ordered extra sauce and was charged, I made sure he understood extra sauce, and I got way to much cheese with very little sauce. It was so so so greasy and salty. Lately Fast Five Pizza sucks. I couldn’t even finish a slice and who can’t finish a slice of pizza! The pizza wasn’t good and I want my money back. When I went to pick up after 10 minutes of ordering I waited in the store for 8 minutes before I seen anyone. A girl came out and was taking pizzas out three of them to be exact and not one was mine I left and came back 5 minutes later and my pizza wasn’t out. She then pulled a pizza out while her coworker was sprinkling alot of idk what on a pizza ALOT. I now believe it was salt by how my pizza tasted…SALTY. I also think the two workers were doing things they weren’t supposed to be doing in the back by how long I waited before anyone came out. I will go to corporate.

Good food but they seem to open whenever they feel like it. Been there multiple times when hours on door stated they should be open and both doors were locked. Other than that they’re worth a try if you’re a pizza lover(and if they’re open).

Good quick pizza, my kids love it. Plus it’s a lot cheaper than the big chain pizza places. They use decent quality toppings and they are fast. Not going to be the best pizza you ever had but it’s way better than the other cheap pizza places and the place is clean. My kids and I have gotten pizza here at least 25 times and nobody ever got sick from it.
