Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was unpleasant. The food looked delicious, however for $50 we were informed that 4 shrimp/ a few pieces of steak is the standard. When this was brought to the managers attention, she became very defensive & informed us that we can either pay for extra meat or deal with it. She then proceeded to cut us off in our refund request. I have never been in a food place that does not present solutions or attempt to understand the customers point of view. Very unfortunate & felt racially profiled as she proceeded to say “there are cameras”. Sad case.

I have been coming to this franchise for years and this was THE FIRST time I had ever had any issues with the food and the female manager at this particular location (she said her name was HANNAH) was rude. She told me they always only give 4 pieces of shrimp which is a lie cause I’ve gone here and never have ONLY 4 pieces of shrimp and a skimpy amount of steak. I ordered extra veggies for literally 2 dollars and some change and it didn’t look like it. She told me to order more meat when any other place would have offered to remake the meal or accommodate just go keep the customer happy and educate ñd us on the changes we need to become accustomed to if that is there current model of making food. She is the only manager i have ever even had to speak to here and if this is how they treat people i will not be returning. And to top it off she made it seem like because I was black I was gonna beat her up by saying there are cameras and that basically we should be ok to pay 15/16$ for a bowl of some 2$ noodles and veggies. If that’s the case lower these high prices.

I placed an order for a hibachi combo delivery through Uber Eats tonight. However, I immediately realized my mistake of selecting the wrong location and promptly cancelled the order. Despite this, I was shocked to find out that the merchant insisted the food was already being prepared and denied my request for a refund. Seriously, we’re talking about a mere 10 seconds from the time I placed the order to the cancellation. Come on man! To what degree the food can be prepared in that minuscule timeframe!?

It was delicious I loved the atmosphere and vibes it gives off and the food is amazing. I had the shrimp hibachi with noodles and a mushroom popper and the flavors that popped and blended together like a symphony of joy in my mouth. It’s a must try and it’s a good price too!!

I went there around 2:35ish and there were not many people there. I waited about 10 min and also asked for more vegetables and not so much rice. Needless to say, I ended up with with exactly what I did not want. The shrimp was old and hard, some of the rice was hard as well. The last 4 visits has been on a decline. I will not be back for a while since they seem to not be able to redeem themselves. I was really hungry and it was just not good at all.

I really enjoy lunch from Fast and Furious. The flavor is like something I have never had before! Really cool atmosphere and great tasting food. The staff is always ultra friendly and are quick to make exactly what I order. Never disappoints

The food was good. However, they ran out of vegetable, in which we found out when they were handing us our food. I really wish they would have told us so we could have decided if we still wanted it or just try it another day. The portion size was pretty good, adult and children. The mushroom poppers are great, the jalapeño popper are just ok. I was looking for heat with the jalapeño, and it didn’t deliver at all. Overall I will definitely go back and hope and pray they have veggies.
