Ordered chicken chow mein thinking it had noodles but received chicken and steamed vegetables. After I emailed them to let them know my order was wrong, that wasn’t the only thing wrong with my order, a lady called me and started screaming at me saying I was wrong and that it was a no noodles dish. Every other chow mein dish has had noodles. I don’t think it was right for her to scream at me over the phone about it. Even if I was wrong. Poor customer service. I will never be ordering from them again.

The crab ragoons was nothing but cream cheese with no crab. I got orange chicken and fried rice. There wasn’t that much meat in the meal. The dish had more rice then anything. All around this place was disappointing and will never go back.

Ordered House Fried Rice and Cheese Wantons. The Fried Rice tasted very old. And inside the restaurant smelled like WEED. The taste of the food is never consistent. Will not be returning.

Horrible Service Driver Didn’t Want to give food because the tip wasn’t be enough but you knew that when you picked up the order for delivery there’s no guarantee that a person paying in cash to give a tip yet along a large tip

Several times now, we have been yelled at by delivery driver for a tip, sorry they are charging 5.00 delivery fee on our items and only driving less than a mile. We should not have to compensate for their lack of pay. Which I think this is run by a husband and wife, nor do I enjoy cleaning up the kicked mulch after they leave. I think we will be ordering from some place else in the future

Used to really enjoy this place but in the past few months it’s gone downhill. Food is good, but they’ve stopped filling up the containers. Rice will will have maybe a quarter at the top empty and the plastic containers are never full like they used to be. Given everyone else’s comments about rude staff I’m worried about complaining. But it really sucks because I do enjoy the food. Dumplings are great and egg rolls are always good. But the teriyaki chicken sticks have slimmed down significantly and it’s all around very disappointing. We were thrilled when we first found this place but now we are thinking it’s time to find a new Chinese place.

I love this place . It’s so much better than any other place in oakleaf to me in my opinion..I called to let them know that one of my chicken wings were missing she was full blown yelling at me, no it’s not , I make the wings for you, no it’s not. I told her ma’am I only see 3 and I order additional and it’s not adding up..still yelling..I told her I was going to right a review on her poor customer service on how she handled the situation..then she talked calmly…no resolution..I hung up the phone bc she still yelled at me come to find out my shrimp egg roll wasn’t in the bag either..there food is good but the customer service is beyond horrible. Like why are you yelling at me when I ordered for certain things that were paid for but I’m not even being mean about it. Rude , rude , rude . I only gave one star bc I love their boneless spare ribs but daxx what happened to customer service

Given the range of reviews I thought I would give this place a try. Unfortunately the food was not great. While it was ready fast as the name implies it was bland and some things were poorly done. The fried rice had no flavor, for those worried about MSG there definitely is none in the rice. The lo main was not super oily but had no sauce the flavor just wasn’t there. The egg rolls weren’t bad but which is a plus. The dumplings were a problem though as I ordered fried dumplings and it looks like to save time they threw steamed dumplings into a pan for half a second and called it good. Maybe they put a focus on other dishes but I couldn’t taste anything special in what I ordered. Sadly I guess I’ll just get panda express next time I want something similarly quick with some flavor.
