I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant. The first time i tried, they had a sign on the door unexpectedly closed due to unforseen circumstances. I then tried on a Saturday evening. They were open and not busy at all. The dining area is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming. One huge disappointment was no brisket available. The menu is fairly simple. They serve three different flavors of slupees; mango, strawberry, and Pina colada. They taste powdered base, and they had an aftertaste. The strawberry really didn’t taste like strawberry. If ever red had a taste, this is it. We tried the chicken and beef empanadas. They were to temp and crispy. I preferred the beef over the chicken. They serve these with a zesty and spicy dipping sauce. The pulled pork was bland and overdone with onions. Although the texture was fresh and juicy. No sauces were offered. The fries were crispy and fresh. The Cuban sandwich was tasty and filling. They hard press the bread, which help keeps it easy to manage and eat. They have reasonable prices for quality. They have a full bar and a couple of Virginia amusement machines.

Had the chicken skins, burger, kids tenders with slurpee & pulled pork sandwich. All was great, hot/fresh no complaints. Place was completely renovated a few TVs for sports. Cool local place to check out for sure.

Stop serving your customers left overs from the day before. Ribs aren’t supposed to be crunchy, brisket isn’t supposed to be chewy. I almost made a bubble out of the brisket. There is no amount of sauce that can cover what should never have been sold to the public. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the broccoli was better than the BBQ. If the meat is overcooked then throw it out. I’ll be back because I think it was just a bad day. You can do better!
