Called in an order, waitress messed up and rang in multiple orders of the same food. We didn’t realize until we got home looking at all the food and receipt. Called in to see if we could get a refund, manager was on cooking duty, waited on hold for 12 minutes, he said you “can’t call back 20 minutes later and expect a refund”. We offered to bring back the food we didn’t order, he said he can’t use the food so there is nothing he could do. Extremely disappointing. We were reoccurring customers. Definitely won’t be back. Food is also just overpriced, premade frozen that they throw in the deep fryer for 5 minutes.

Food was good waitress was good but the owner was completely drunk and was just staring at me and 2 other people punching the table and would walk by us and purposely bump into us then would say stuff under his breath. He would then continue looking at us punching the table and shake his head. Bar tender would tell him to stop and he would continue to do it. Owner is a drunk and lost costumers that night

Go to Burger King…seriously…food isn’t cooked to order and if you want another beverage you have to go up to the bar 15 minutes after you ask for it…servers are higher than a kite in San Francisco and never check up on you. …flag down another waitress..we had to…and then when they say they’ll take something off your bill, they try to give a $5 discount on a $13 meal that had one bite taken out of it…after saying they’d take the whole thing off in the first place…this place is for college kids who are too drunk to notice garbage food and service…like I said..just go to Burger King…

I ordered boneless wings and cheese curds and seasoned fries. Everything was overly salty, including my waitress. When I said something about not liking the food, when. I had eaten only 1 wing and half the fries, she just looked at me and said…”oh I’ll let the kitchen know!”

First time visiting this restaurant. Menus stuck to the table, asked about beers, was told they were out of all ipas. Specifically asked about one of the taps, was told by, Cynthia C., our server, it was a dark beer and there were no bottle ipas. Therefore, I ordered a premium spirit drink that cost more. After serving the drink, she told me the beer I asked about was an iPa. So basically was charged for something I didn’t even want. (Was never offered it as a replacement or given any apology.) Next, we ordered burgers and fries. Upon food being dropped to table, we were told there is no ketchup. (Mind you, there’s places within sight that someone could have gone and bought a bottle of ketchup from.) We were offered bbq as a replacement. When given the check, there was a $3 charge for bbq! I asked about this and was told we ordered it, instead of it being offered to us as a free ketchup replacement.

So, I hope I don’t get anyone in trouble with this but I gotta say I was surprised at my visit. Never ever have I been approached by the actual cook for a restaurant. To keep things short and simple, I requested a “specialty” burger, WITH ONE EXTRA INGREDIENT…… beer cheese. Honestly I’m a chef myself and the simple factor that not only did our waitress come back twice to question me adding….. Beer cheese…… But I had the actual cook come out. It seemed to be such a simple of a request and it embarrassed not only me, but my entire party…. After I explained to the cook what I wanted he looked me dead in the face, and said “that’s weird, I’ll put your BBQ on the side”…. Never have I ever been confronted by a cook to question what I… As a paying customer…. Desires. Bottom line, I took two bites of my burger and took it home to make it the way I asked for….. Also the Mrs. Was completely unsatisfied with her chicken sandwich, which technically she ordered with a flavor she didn’t like, so that’s on her. Please, improve your customer service. Because there were several things that I’m not including in this. Talk to your staff, tell them to act professional, and also…. Tell them… If a customer askers for their burger thier paying for a specific way….. You make it….
