First time to the Lake Charles location, I’ve been to one in Lafayette a ton when I lived there. It was such a nice place! The service was great, the beer was ICE cold and the food was fantastic. I was a little disappointed the fried catfish sandwich wasn’t on the menu anymore, but our food was great. Also, 2 for 1 (select) drinks all day everyday is perfection! I will be back!

I ordered the ultimate nachos and he ordered the classic burger with onion rings. He didn’t really care for the burger because the bread was too thick but I’ll say my nachos were good. I must admit my first experience was soo much better..Completely!

Stopped in for lunch with my brothers and really enjoyed the food and service. I’ve always enjoyed Fat Pats back in Lafayette and this was my first time eating in one of the newer modeled locations. Atmosphere is always the same, sports bar type feel. Can’t beat a burger from here but since I’m on a pescatarian diet as of late it’s good to find options for anyone on the menu. Moscow mule was perfect and the spicy shrimp wrap I had was so good. I can tell the difference in the onion rings and ranch from the one I frequent back home, but it was still good and fresh.

Morgan was our waitress. We had a table of 13 (and 9 of them were kids). She was super quick and attentive! Not a single incorrect order. Will definitely be back just because of her excellent customer service!

There were 4 of us in our party. Our waitress Jewess said she would start us off with water and then we ordered the 2 for 1. After about 10 min she brought our drinks, but no water. We asked again. When she brought the water, it tasted nasty. Then we ordered appetizers (2) different ones. Foe a Saturday night they weren’t too busy. My husband and his buddy were wanting to drink but it was like grinding teeth to get her attention. I had gotten a soft drink and had to ask her several times to refill it. I know waitress can’t control the kitchen but what they can control is filling drinks and making sure to communicate with your customers. We ended up being there for 3 hours. We thankfully were not in a rush but had she been more attentive, my guys would have drank more alcoholic beverages and she definitely would have gotten a bigger tip.

Not my first time choosing Pat’s. Service is never the best, but food is usually good. My complaint is that our to-go order was fairly simple only two entrees with sides, I chose to try the sweet potato fries, which is a substitution they up-charge for.The fries is what I wanted the most. I never did get to try the fries..Pat’s never placed the fries in the box, guess we should have cut the to-go bag opened and checked before leaving. I tried calling to get service on the phone to address the issue, but that isn’t happening either guess who won’t be getting Fat Mr.Pat? I think the family will be choosing elsewhere in the future 2/10 for me.
