Had a nice time here, Fat Rosie’s was recommended my our daughter-in-law. Food was good, my wife didn’t care for her entrée, no problem they replaced it with a quickness. I absolutely love good customer service. Claudia is a amazing waitress! The atmosphere was a bit too noisy for my taste, but I know it’s the culture!

The decor is festive, service quick and friendly. Salsa was very good, chips were cooked well, guac was fresh, the cheese dip, while very different from what is normal “white cheese dip” had a good flavor to it. Beans could have used some seasoning but seemed fresh and the rice was good but also I feel could use a little more seasoning. The Mole and Chicken were excellent, the seafood soup was very good and overall the experience was very pleasant. The woman’s restroom has a funny attraction and was clean as well as the mens room. Inside, bar and outside seating.

I heard so much about this place I decided to bring my two teenagers for lunch. Upon arrival it had a sweet outdoor seating area. The interior decor is unique and has a cool vibe. The pathways to the tables were too tight for my liking and we sat in a both that had the covid plastic wall between each which I did not want to be reminded of that time at all. Our server was totally hip and friendly. We ordered simply items tacos and burritos. My burrito was huge, I like them smaller and more manageable but for of $21. It was two meals on a plate. My son ordered 2 tacos and that came with no beans or rice? That costed $17 for 2 yikes. All total lunch cost $99, so I will not be back for that fact. I understand inflation but not that much for the quality and quality. It had plenty of parking and extensive menu. It’s cool to check out but the salsa and chips were not my favorite so for me it’s one and done.

So good! There was just 2 of us and we went on a Saturday night so it was pretty busy, but it only took about 10 min to get a table. The food was amazing! I got 3 different tacos with rice and beans. The drinks were also really great. Loved my peach frozen margarita (it is seasonal). Would def recommend!

We went there while in town for a con and were surprised how good the food was. I am vegetarian and was delighted to see a mushroom taco and it was sooo good. Everything was fresh down to the chips that came out WARM. The salsa had a delightful smokiness to it and you could tell it was house made. The coffee was perfect. Portions were generous and the overall price seemed like a good value. My tiny nitpicks would be that the music was a little too loud for comfortable conversation and the street corn had a little too much topping which made some bites overwhelmingly salty though the flavor overall was really good. Service was excellent, professional and on top of everything without being overwhelming. If I lived in the area this would definitely become a regular spot.

What a fun and fantastic environment to dine in at. I am so glad co-workers decided to check this place out, I highly recommend making sure you have reservations because this place on the weekend is BUSY. The menu has everything you can imagine ordering at a Mexican restaurant complete with an entire page for the types of tequila’s they offer. I usually don’t order flavored margaritas because places will put too much sugar syrup and its a pet peeve, but I decided to give a tequila bar a shot and I am so glad I did. The BEST mango margarita, I have ever ordered. The plate of nachos was overloaded, and I had left orders which is always a nice Suprise when ordering out. Everyone at the table enjoyed their order and we look forward to heading back this summer. Everyone who works here hustles on a busy night and it’s nice observing a team working well together. I highly recommend checking Fat Rosie’s for your next fun night out.

What a fun time! So colorful art work and sweet workers! Oscar the best manager at a restaurant I have ever met! Margaritas are delicious and have just the right amount to make you feel like you’re at the right place on earth at the right time!
