On a Wednesday summer night, this street was bustling. Fat Shack is wedged between 2 bars, so there was lots of commotion outside, but it was pretty chill inside the restaurant. The staff was fun and friendly–the main reason the got 5 stars from me–but since there were only 2 of them, our order for 6 took about 20 minutes to prepare. There’s not much seating inside, and with everything being deep-fried, the inside smelt strongly of grease, so we took the food to go. None of the flavors really jumped out. The fries were a bit bland, but the food wasn’t bad. Definitely something to eat while hot. This is a great late night option on a cheat day!

This is such a unique place with cool types of sandwiches you won’t find anywhere! We loved the Fat Slob & the Fat Cow. We loved the creativity and tasted pretty good. Check them out. Be prepared that the serving size is good! We ordered regular size and had left overs. Also, it’s the only place I know open late!!

Way overpriced, super filling, dry, bland, boring food is what you’re getting. Fat shack sub sucked. Asked for extra sauce, still dry. No onion rings on the WHOLE sandwich while Half of the sandwich was missing, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. The cheese fries and fried Oreos were soggy and cold too. Honestly terrible. People eating here are drunk. Probably the employees too. 0 stars.

I have lived down the street from this place for almost 5 years but had never been in until a few nights ago. We were out late for 4th of July weekend activities and this was one of the only places around open late. Food was surprisingly delicious and the PERFECT heavy greasy dishes for sobering up a bit after drinking. But the best part was the fun attitude and atmosphere of the people working there! Even for a late night and our party being a little loud and rowdy, the guy behind the counter was so kind and funny and chill. We truly appreciated the service. Will definitely be back!

Good food with a nice-sized menu, but I’m giving them the 5 stars because they were super friendly and are open until 3am!! We were there after midnight on a weeknight for a much-needed burger and chocolate malt following a show at Red Rocks…and they were great!

Food was delicious, the perfect post concert late night grub. The building itself was a little dirty inside and it took us about 20 minutes to get our food. They were pretty busy and usually are. This is the typical wait time when I go so I was prepared for it. The Fat Tommy was exactly what I wanted

Ok, here we go…. So I ordered fron this establishment at about 1:30am…yeah I’m at work. I was thrilled to find that they sell Monster Energy Drink first of all. Then cruising through the menu I saw a nice little chicken tender and fries meal that I wanted so I ordered through Postmates…love those guys! Anyway the delivery went well…but my order was wrong. It was a HUGE Mac n cheese burger and some Onion Rings… I was hungry so I dug in and fell into total guilty bliss haha! In a nutshell, I can’t finish this amazing, juicy, well made, flavorful burger… The onion rings took a beating too but they’re so big and crispy they too won this round. I’ll see if I can finish before my night is over . I’ll be ordering again when I’m working in the area. Please accept my most sincere thank you! this is quality food and coming from a place I’ve never even seen before I don’t mind the mix-up in the order. I know quality when I taste it and I believe that this restaurant is truly a treat! Please check them out let me know what you think! P.S. the bun looks glossy, not greasy my fingertip barely had any butter on it… Enjoy the pics!

I wanted some late night comfort food. Ordered online and went to pick it up. Took forever to get help and the help was rude when it finally did happen. I told him my name and he asked to see my phone to confirm it. I politely explained I called in. He turned away and said when I showed him my screen he’d fill my order. Extremely slow, a very disorganized experience, and rude service. Love the concept, won’t visit here again.
