Like most good stories, ours begins at the bar. First, there were drinks. The drinks led to pizza. But a big night of drinks and pizza often leads to biscuits in the morning. Not your average biscuits. Biscuits fit for their own brand, their own experience. Then came the people. Lots of them.
Much like the mashup of sci-fi and westerns, Atomic Cowboy is a cultural mashup of ideas & experiences, food & drink, late night & early morning, North & South, soft-serve & hard liquor. For misfits, outlaws and those looking to pair their good times with really, really good food. We don’t ever put labels or restrictions on who we are or what we offer, because truth be gold, outlaws don’t care much for rules.

Great concept having 3 eateries in one! This was our second visit, both times we ordered the giant 26” pepperoni pizza for four of us. Fun to try to conquer this beast! Super thin crust with lots of pepperoni and a nice balance of sauce and not too much cheese. This time our crust was a little over done, but didn’t ruin our fun.

Excellent food and nice ambiance. The smash burger is DELICIOUS, as were the loaded garlic knots and waffle fries. There is trivia offered Monday nights, which was a surprise to us as we hadn’t been there before–we played a few rounds and had a few extra beers. Really enjoyed ourselves and would return!

Excellent place to get some amazing pizza in KC! The slices are huge, bigger than your face (as the waitress described them), but they are so good. The location is good too, located in the Denver Biscuit Co. Overall, great service, great value, and great pizza!

We dined in so we could get the 26″ pie. Slices were huge so you could easily get full off 1 slice. Pizza was really good & service was great! We shared the pie amongst 4 adults & still took some home. We also tried the garlic knots & dessert cinnamon knots – both of which were just as good as the pizza. Booths were large & offered plenty of sitting room & space. We happened to attend during one of their trivia nights. While we didn’t participate, I liked that they do activities like this!

Place is great. We’ve been 4-5 times. Never had a bad experience here. Waiter on our last visit was Fantastic great humor and checking in when they could. We tried their garlic Parm waffle fries which I quite enjoyed although we had one member think they put too much on it. We actually came to try their burger this time and it’s one of if not the best I’ve had in the area. With the sweet bread and butter pickles it really did change the game for me. Also got the 26 inch pizza and it’s great as always and if you’re a fan of ranch their homemade is great as well. We went for lunch but they only offer Garlic Knots after 4. We’ve had them every several times and they are a 10/10.
