Lets start by saying this is not what you would think of when it comes to BBQ. I got the three meat combo so I can try some of each. The pulled pork was good not great. The brisket was the best part it was good and soft. But the ribs were nasty. Tough and chewy with nasty over basting cold sauce. The meat and sauce had two different tastes. I will not come back to a place that kids are cooking BBQ and have no clue what great BBQ should be. Plus it’s over priced.

The food was great. However it came to about $17 for the brisket and rib combo with a side order of baked beans and potato salad. I got it for pick up. So I was thinking for that much money I’d have a good amount of food that would fill me up. So I was pretty excited. I open up my bag theres only 3 ribs and 1 small slice of brisket and the two little side orders of beans and potato salad that probably took me like 2 minutes to eat. And I was still hungry after that. Like I said the food was great. Probably some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. But I didn’t pay $17 dollars to get a couple little scraps of meat! Was really disappointed.

This place is amazing. The meat on the ribs falls right off the bone. There French fries are seasoned perfectly and the vinaigrette for the pork is to die for. The pulled pork was good but missing some seasoning. All in all they were good but always seems to be out of brisket.

Will not be going there again! Went there just before 6pm on Friday, they were out of several things. Tried to order their turkey legs and they were out. Ordered the chicken plate, kids brisket dinner, and their brisket grilled cheese. After we were sitting there for 10 minutes, we were told that they didn’t have enough chicken, asked if we would mind adding some brisket to the meal, which was fine. Although, when we got the meal, I had a very small amount of french fries and the kids meal was bigger than mine. The brisket grilled cheese is just a grilled cheese with a few pieces of brisket. We payed $20 for our meals, and wish that we spent that $20 elsewhere. I can not believe that they have so many good reviews, after our experience today.

As a result of reading the reviews, I called in advance to ensure they had everything and was pleased to find out they had everything available on the menu and the food was great, especially the brisket. Coming from a true pit master to another, Corey’s food was worthy of his Grand Championship … If you’re ever close enough to Fatback’s BBQ, it’d be worth your time to make that stop.

The brisket is the only item I come for & LOVE it! I am not impressed by the other items they sell. And not only is it pricy but you never know what amount you’re gonna get is my only complaint. The three times I’ve had the brisket it never was dry but very delicious!

This place is a joke there food is low quality and extremely overpriced. They used to have great food when they were a small time operation, it has always been overpriced but I like to support local businesses. Since they have opened their store location the quality has gone extremely down hill. There is 0 AC in the building so u sweat while waiting in line for reheated dry meat. But there are medals everywhere so u know at one time they did have a passion for BBQ but not anymore, they should be ashamed of the Q which they serve.

I know for a fact that their potato salad and coleslaw comes from Sam’s. It’s nasty tasting. They have store bought chocolate pie in the dessert case. Come on guys, Robin’s on Main right down the street offers homemade pies that the public loves. And her food does not come from a frozen state.

We ordered plates as part of a work event. The options were child chicken and pork for $9 or ribs and chicken for $16 each option came with 2 sides and cornbread . I was very disappointed in the amount of food for the price. There was the tiniest chicken quarter I’ve ever seen and barely 2 spoonfuls of each side. On top of that the chicken was pink in the middle and the pork was full of fat and had no flavor. This was our first, and last, experience with Fatback’s.

I would first like to say we’ve given them several opportunities, but this was the last straw. First few times, we’ve either stopped by or called and they never have any chicken. Months later; called in a pick up order for 2 chicken dinner plates, she took my order gave me my total, I told the girl I lived about 6 minutes away she told me to give her 15 minutes before I picked up my order. When we got there, she yells at the guy asking him how many pieces of chicken he has left he said he had only one and that it would be a 30 minute wait for more. There was no I’m sorries, no apology at all for misleading us. I was under the impression that a call in order was still an order taken, they had our phone number they could have called and said the chicken was sold before we got there, no offer to make amends for waisting our time driving there. Needless to say I’m done.
