Decent burger joint when looking for burger options that aren’t as greasy in the Brandon area. Recommend to size up to the King Burger. The bun was a bit dry and left something to be desired. Really enjoyed the onion rings. They were crispy and not overly battered. Loved the quantity of pickles. The chili cheese fries were mid but likely due to the fact that the employee left it waiting to be brought to the table for a bit. Additionally, said employee didn’t change gloves after sweeping the floor and wiping down the tables before grabbing our trays to give us. We’ll consider coming back to try the shakes next time.

Worse wait ever and the line was not even long. I’m not sure if it was late night and the employees was tired but my order took forever with a pinch of attitude. The fat fries was fat with no salt. Taste like straight potato’s. The sweet potato fries was fried to a crisp and seasoned well. The onion ring seasoning was not giving and they were too thick for me. I got the western burger and it was ok. Just ok. Overall i should of went to steak and shake for flavor. This seems like and overprice steak and shake with no seasoning. Maybe it’s just me but I’ll be back to try something else.

I didn’t have to wait exceptionally long for my order to come up. It did however sit on top of the counter waiting for a runner, way too long. I like my food HOT, especially paying close to $20 for a party of ONE!

Burger was tasty slightly under season. The fat fries are not worth getting. You’re better off getting skinny fries. The milkshakes were pretty good on the wait. Time is very long. They need to do better management and getting people in and out quicker the restaurant needs to be maintained better in their work area

I ordered a meal with a burger and skinny fries and a medium drink. I also ordered a side of onion rings and later on a banana shake. The food was hot and fresh and tasty. My beverage, lemonade was a little more tart and not as sweet as I like, but it was still good. The shake wasn’t bad. It was really sweet but would’ve been better with actual ripe banana in it instead of just banana syrup. It’s an expensive burger joint but at least it was tasty.

Went just a couple of days since grand opening. There was a line of about 10 groups of customers in front and I debates on staying or going somewhere else, but curiosity and the fact that they were taking care of the clients in a speedy way with over 20 workers doing their thing got me to stay. I ordered their basic burger with everything that comes with it and no cheese so I could get the more natural meat flavor. I also ordered the fat fries and the strawberry melon tea. Here’s my take on the burger, the meat was OK for a burger franchise I did not enjoy the relish which was not bad, just not to my liking on a burger. Would I return? Sure but no relish and add cheese and have one of their vegan shakes which I am curious about. The Fat fries were good, the tea was good but too much on the sweet side. I’m more of a fan of none franchise burgers, but if I’m hungry for a burger and am nearby I can do it again. The meat patty is a little bigger than most burger chains.

Had the “Original” with onion rings. The bun was on the verge of being stale. We also had a chili dog with sweetpotato fries. Both of those items were good. Onion rings were decent. We also had the turkey burger wth fries. Turkey patty was the same size as beef patty. Fries were standard steak fries. Would give the experience

Started off in the drive-thru line wasn’t moving at all (waited for about 5 minutes), so went inside. Only a couple people in line and two greeter/cashiers working to take orders. We did have a long wait from order to it being bagged and ready took over 25 minutes. French fries (skinny) were fresh, hot, and crunchy, but lacked flavor. No salt on these fries. Burger was pretty tasty for fast food.
