Normally like Fatburger and I’ve eaten here before. Unfortunately it was not desirable . Lackluster service included. Got tasteless veggie burger. Never bothered to ask if I wanted cheese. Got a meal. Again did not ask if fat or skinny fries. Just given the latter. At around $16. At least self serve fountain for refill. Strawberry melon drink was refreshing. Will give this Fatburger 1 star for this.

The burgers were ok. The staff seemed overwhelmed and forgot a burger we ordered. The ones they made went cold while we waited for the final burger to be made. In total, it took about 20 minutes to get our food. There are other options out there where the restaurants get your order right, everyone’s food is warm, etc.

Cashier named Iris was very rude when I approached to order. I understand it was Christmas Day and you do not want to be there but having an attitude does not make it any better. I noticed when MEN were ordering she would be nicer and smile more. Instead of asking “What kind of fries?” when I ordered chili cheese fries, be more efficient and ask “Skinny or fat?” As I approached the cashier to order, she was also on her phone and completely ignored my existence LOL until I said hi. My cousin had a horrible experience of the employees closing the kitchen WITHOUT fulfilling his order. He waited an hour for an order of funnel fries LOL That’s ridiculous. Check up on your employees. I know you’re working at a casino where business will always be there but the customer service is lacking.

Bold Speaker
My Husband took me there today for my Birthday because I hadn’t been to one here in Las Vegas. I used $20 cash of my Birthday Money and he tried to put the other 3 bucks on his card but it declined because he forgot to activate the card. The women 3 or more cooking yelled very loudly “Looser” with the L hand sign and continued to speak in spanish laughing. Wouldn’t have taken it personal but we were the only 2 people there. It was very obvious they were joking about us. We were well dressed and managed to maintain a polite demeanor. We sat and waited for our food, but were very disappointed in the service and the attitude. They judged us not knowing who we were or what our story was. The sad part is if we wanted to we could have given them a tip that would have covered their salary for the day. Never judge a book by it cover.
