First, I’m not really a fast food burger guy, but I was doing some Christmas shopping @ the Cherry Hill Mall. I was getting kind of hungry and so decided to try Fatburger for the 1st time. It seems this is supposed to be a somewhat high-priced gourmet burger shop, but I’m not so sure of the gourmet attribute, but the price attribute is correct. For $18.xx I got an original Fatburger with cheese and medium fat fries (fat being the width of the fries, but you can get skinny fries too). I got the ‘works’ on the burger, but it seemed a bit too heavy on pickle & relish- probably should have had just one of those, unless you’re really into pickles. You can also customize the burger with additional extra-cost toppings or add more meat on the bun.

My reason for the 3 stars is for the cost of the burger. Maybe it’s because In not used to spending as much for a burger and fries and it comes out to over $15 but I will say my grand daughter said the burger was delicious and I tasted the fries and they were delicious, too. I couldn’t afford two burgers. Maybe I’ll save up and then go their in a special occasion and actually a drink to go with my meal.

DECIDED TO TRY THIS PLACE FOR LUNCH AND GOT A BURGER AND AOME FAT FRIES $20 for a burger meal from here is crazy there is no way this burger meal is worth that . The burger is dry as hell way over cooked fries have no salt no flavor . Packaging is key served in brown bag to go instead of a. Paper bag with some type of fat burger bag . I wouldn’t come back here again food ja trash five guys is way better Wendy’s burger is better then this

Very disappointed with this place. I visited it because I was told that the hamburgers were good (they really are), but the place was more than dirty. The crew members are just ok. In my opinion all the place needs a huge change, everything looks old and trashy and of course, a deep cleaning!

Randomly came acrossed this place on a quick trip with my wife, went in just to try the hottest sauce they have – “scorchin”, and I Loved it! Very nice space inside, clean, and well looked after. all pandemic policies are adhered to wonderfully. it did take what felt like a long time to get my meal but the wait was well worth it! They have two different style of fries as well, you can either get them “skinny cut” or “fat cut” the fat cut is steak fries and I thought that was a fun and unique option I’ve never seen before. overall this is a great place to look up and give a try too!

The burgers are overpriced, the customer service is bad and the restaurant was dirty. The service is so slow that while we managed to get our food (after waiting like 20 minutes), several people who were waiting to order left before even ordering.
