I gave 4 stars because this place is so expensive. 2 burger meals cost me over $50. The fast casual dining doesn’t warrant prices that high. We ordered a Western burger meal with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake and an impossible burger, fries, and a vegan strawberry milkshake. I didn’t order the impossible burger as a meal because they would not let you upgrade to the vegan milkshake, so I had to buy it all separately and make my own meal. The vegan milkshake is $10. It is very good! It tastes like the ones I make at home! The onion rings were probably the best I’ve had at a fast casual restaurant. The onion rings will have me coming back! My daughter said the Western burger was good. My impossible burger was typical, nothing spectacular about it. I ended up adding some of my onion rings and bbq sauce to the burger, and that did take it up a notch. The service wasn’t bad. We arrived about 5-10 minutes after them opening. The door was still locked when we arrived. The woman at the register was still counting her drawer. But once she was done, she was very helpful. You seat yourself, and they bring the food to you. She checked on us during our meal as well. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the prices are less than desirable.

Service was excellent, even with limited staffing. Burgers, fries, onion ring, and wings were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Lemonade and milk shake were also perfectly balanced. Staff members were extremely friendly. Great experience. We will be visiting again soon.

Cali has come to Va in the form of fast food. Always wanted to try fatburger and now i can whenever i want. Love the burgers hold the relish tho lol. But they also have a challenge where if you can eat the XXXL Triple Kingburger you can go on their Wall of fame, but do know this is a gigantic burger. I will be trying it one of these days but until then and xl fatburger with fat fries and a lemonade will do me alot of justice.

I wanted to try this place to see what it was. The food was so expensive. The soda options were very limited. I ordered a king burger meal, I believe it was called? With the works for toppings. The food took so long to be done. I’m not sure if it was relish or mustard, but one of the two had an overpowering flavor that ruined every bite. Thankfully, the fries came out, piping hot and fresh. I needed ketchup, but the self dispenser was empty. I walked up to the woman taking orders since she was the only person working there, other than the guy cooking in the back. I waited for her to finish taking someone’s order and expected her to look at me to see what I needed since I walked up and stood there, aiming my gaze at her expectantly. She totally ignored me and took another order. I interrupted her when she went to take ANOTHER order without paying me any attention. I asked for ketchup, and she gave me 2 packets. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom either. I’ll never go back to this awful, expensive place.

This place was very dirty. Some of the chairs inside were rusted from being outside. The bathroom was filthy and had no soap or hand towels (total deal breaker). Ice machine was empty and it was 90° outside. Burger was way overcooked to crispy and extremely greasy. Took way too long to be ready since no one else was there. The only thing good was the fries. They were hot and fresh. Prices way too high. My “fatburger” was the size of McDonald’s hamburger. We will never go back again. Do not even waste your money. Music was also annoying and way too loud.

My last meal in Virginia was surprisingly great. When we saw the sign from the road about world-famous wings, I’ll admit we were skeptical. However, the wings themselves were huge and the meat succulent. The thick cut fries were enough for two and we ate in pleased silence. Totally stop by if you want a meal that will put you to sleep!

The best burger I’ve had in a very long time. Tastes just like a good cookout with friends. The staff is super friendly and it’s a nice quiet place to eat. Prices are a bit high but so worth all the food you get.

There is no way this is fat burger. We spent about $50 and would have better off going to Wendy’s. The burger was so dry and the bun was falling apart. There was absolutely no seasoning on the fries. I live less than 10 mins away and my food was cold when I got home and I went straight home. Terrible food experience. The best thing was the cashier who apologized for the long wait. Y’all need to do better, people work to hard for their money to get trash.
