Opening night wow”.. I was so excited to eat their hamburgers..!! To my surprise I get home and find out that they gave me my large burgers with only cheese and grilled onions no tomato no lettuce no pickles not with everything that I ordered. very disappointing! All that training for what! The crew you have now do not know what they’re doing. Going to call corporate to let them know. You need to train your crew better.

Horrible service. In fact just insulting an rude. Why did I show up on 12/10 at 10:58pm on-line shows location open till 12am an open sign was still on. However I saw them cleaning an putting chairs up. So I called from my car as the employee’s saw me out front an new it was me calling. Then saw a gentleman walk over to the phone an hung up on me. When called back while looking at them as they were looking at my car then sent me to a voice mail when another employee went to the open sign an turned it off then locked the front door. What great customer service instead of talking to me like a person treated me like a robot. Since the store closed early I hope the employees aren’t trying to claim they worked the whole shift. If I was that owner of that franchise I would definitely be upset as the employees would be stealing time an consequently turning down an losing customers. I had to end up driving 30 min away to find another fatburger. Needless to say won’t be returning to this location a shame to when I just live around the corner 5min away.
