This used to be my go to Fatburger in L.A. but then it closed more than 10 years ago. Now Fatburger is back there and is as good as ever. But unfortunately it is so much more expensive than it used to be. Even with inflation and everything that is going on this is still a fast food place and no fancy restaurant.

Went there for the first time. Ordered a double burger thinking it was just expensive. When I got home, it was like two three quarter pound patties. Literally the biggest burger I’ve ever had. Just got the single if you don’t have a massive appetite.

Pay very close attention if ordering to go and ask for a receipt. They initially gave me half my order and questioned me about the rest of my order which I had to show my receipt before they continued to fulfill it. My order came to just under $40 for two burgers, two fries, two drinks, and one order of onion rings. For such an expensive order for basic food, I couldn’t believe they asked me to prove my order when I was the only person in the stupid place to begin with. I love the Redondo Beach location, but will probably never go back to their Manhattan Beach location again.

I Came with my friend Joe and we ordered 3 burgers and our order was not started until 10 minutes after we were charged. This was easily the worst run late night fast food experience I’ve had in a while..and I looove fatburger but from now on…I will go 5 miles south to the OTHER Fatburger that actually does SERVICE right.
