Place smelled like sewer. The workers were so upset about everything. We ordered gluten free bread, paid for it, and then we’re told after there was no gluten free bread. So we asked to just have it in lettuce and just a refund of the bread (1.50$). This was a huge deal I guess since everyone was miserable.

The food is good if you can actually order it. I order takeout here quite often but the employees never answer the phone. I have literally walked in the restaurant while calling I watched them ignore the call or worse pickup the phone and just set it down on the counter while I was connected. There is an online ordering option but the prices are higher than in the store and many times it shows out of stock items which I find out when I arrive at the store they are actually in stock. I have voiced my concern in the past about these issues but so far they have been ignored apparently.

This is one of the best burgers in SoCal. And that’s saying a lot with In-N-Out here. The burgers are juicy, large, and flavorful. Ask the different condiments you can have on the burger are bar none. And they all work together well somehow. I usually eat the regular size because even the large size, which is 1/2 lb., is extremely challenging to finish. Must be their fat fries or onion rings on the side. Their chili cheese fries are so good. And quench that thirst with a handmade ice cream shake. Delicious. Only draw back is that it’s in the pricy side when it comes to burgers. So be warned. I think it’s worth the price, just not very often.
