FILTHY! trash and dirt on the floor. the bathroom is disgusting with a big snot/vomit on the mirror; toilet won’t flush because it’s full of toilet seat covers; stalls are dirty; bathroom counter and floor dirty. the employees were just chatting to each other…no pride with their job. after going to the bathroom i was so digusted i couldn’t eat my burger and threw it away. if it’s ok for these employees that people can see their work place to look like this, i can’t imagine how dirty they might be behind the scenes. gross. never eating here again. no wonder we were the only customers.

Upon arriving, the smell inside was bad but worse in the bathrooms. Manager said it’s been that way for 5 years and the boss hasn’t fixed it yet. Not very appetizing. When the chef brought out our burgers I thought this kid is really being worked with no help cooking or delivering the food. Then we took one bite and couldn’t eat much more, it was so salty I coughed till I couldn’t eat at any more. The other burger was just as salty. Unetable! In defense of the mgr he did offer to make 2 more or refund our money. But we just couldn’t, mostly to make as point to him, it was that bad. Barstow has lots of places to eat off Exit 178 but we will have to eat in Victorville next time.

We went thru the drive thru today total of over $90.00 the food was not good at all. The wings don’t look right dry or not completely cooked right. The buns seem like they are exp or something wrong with them dry as well

Super nice people but really slow service. So slow a couple customers behind me, gave up and left. They were out of ice cream (no shakes) and the buns were stale. Half a piece of tomato and browning lettuce. Hard pieces in the burger meat. We stop at this plaza on trips for the chargers. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

The girl taking my order was precise and succinct, she was very chill and had things in order…I hope she doesn’t leave and gets promoted, I thought I heard my name, but upon checking, I heard it and walked to the front and she was bringing my order, wow, call that excellent service at FatBurger…..I will always stop here to eat before anywhere else, unless I want breakfast…..she won the vote even with a busy drivethru and dining area….she kept her cool…..hands down she won ALL OUR VOTES

This spot is amazing. I would order ahead if possible, it does take a while to make good food on demand. If you want it bad go to McDonald’s. This is much better than In-n-Out. It actually is faster at the end of the day as well! The banana shake is delicious and I love the bullets skinny fat burger! Thier rings are some of the best and they use the right kind of batter for it.
