Drove from Moses to the location , about 30 minutes, and came in at about 5:40 and not only was the Lobby empty but so was the kitchen. Called out several times and no response and saw that the back door was open…waiting about almost 10 minutes before finally Calling the phone number for the store and they ALL came in from out back , the two girls were both giggling like it was funny and seemingly annoyed that I had interrupted them. The one that came up to take my order never apologized and was kinda rude , and had a tone. The lobby was filthy and tables were all dirty, so they obviously spent their time wisely. When the gal brought us my sons order I asked if I could get ketchup and she kinda rudely said “it’s in the BAG” and walked away and as she passed her coworker said something and they both looked over and smirked. For us being the only ones in there at the time my sons burger was hammered and his bun borderline burned ….the service was the worst I’ve experienced, and for the prices here I expected better

Surprisingly good burgers. Have been to Fatburger elsewhere, and they were always okay–but this place was really good. Not sure exactly how to explain the burger except it was just the right balance of char and juicy with a touch of salt and pepper. They cook to order so yeah there is a bit of a wait but they got our condiments perfect so bonus points there. Next time we’re passing through George, Washington, we’re stopping here again.

Horrible hamburger. Ordered an original. I asked if it comes with onions because i wanted onions on it. They said yes. They asked if i wanted onions and i said yes put extra onions. Got my burger and guess what, no onions. Worse, they put a lot of pepper on it, and thats all i could taste. Black pepper. Not coming back.

They have the most delicious burgers made fresh when you order. They have gluten free buns for their burgers too… I used to not care about burgers… but I find myself dreaming about their gluten free buttery bun, with the burger cooked to perfection. The sweet potato fries are my favorite. Just writing this review makes me want a fat burger and fries. I’ll be back very soon. Not soon enough though.

This place is bomb. We split a xxl. With fries and everything was right. Juicy, flavorful, fresh! It was all the good things. Extra napkins are a must. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. I would give 5 stars but I didn’t get a milkshake cause something was broken.

These guys make some huge burgers! They are delicious and cooked when ordered. The burgers range in price from $7+ and up depending how large you go. It’s another $7+ for a meal. The burgers are worth it but another $7+ for the meal is debatable.

As long as the food takes to get to you, it is fresh. Always worth the wait. It takes a lot longer if you take the drive through. The Maui-Banana milkshake and sweet potato fries are mine and Jackie’s (see fur ball in profile pic) favorites. The staff we’ve gotten at the window recently are super friendly. Love this place!
