Today we placed an order at Fatte’s Pizza 1550 E H St. Chula Vista 91913. We ordered a total of 8 pizzas for a family gathering. We order every Friday from Fatte’s but this time my while my 12 year old son was eating a cheese pizza he found a bandaid baked into the pizza. When we called the restaurant they had the nerve to argue with us and tell us that no one had a bandaid on. Well obviously cause it was baked into the crust of the cheese pizza. My husband asked for a refund and they refused saying it was not true. Well, it was true and we were loyal customers for over 5 years. They really need to be checked out for sanitary purposes, and it is quite irresponsible for the owners son to have told my husband that there was nothing he could do after driving himself over there and taking him the plate with the bandaid he argued was not theirs.

Just had around our 5th order in the last few months. Unfortunately going to be looking for another local pizza place. Our pepperoni pizza had about one piece of pepperoni per slice. Some slices had none, might as well have ordered a cheese pizza

I placed an order over the phone for 4 large pizzas: 1 sticky fingers, 1 Dude, 1 Hawaiian and 1 cheese only on white sauce. The guy that answered the phone was professional and friendly. He said pizzas should be ready for pick up in about 30 minutes and they were. As soon as my husband walked in the door the smell of the hot pizzas was so good! We had some friends over and they were trying them all! The veggies and the meats tasted fresh and good quality. Fatte’s Pizza did not disappoint!

Revising a negative review from a few years back; in spite of some bad experiences in the past I gave Fattes pizza another chance and have noticed significant improvement in consistency of quality. They really stepped up their game and I’ve been returning more regularly now. Keep it up.

We’ve ordered from here many times and we always got the BOGO for pizzas. I called them to order a small veggie and cheese bread last night (3/11/22) for pick up at 830 pm (during their business hours) and the phone went to voicemail twice. So i went on the slice app and ordered it. I now realize after reading these reviews that BOGO only applies for phone in but how am i supposed to phone in when your employees dont answer the phone? Do not use slice app. I paid 20 dollars for 1 8 inch pizza! Horrible deal! I will give them credit though, the pizza and cheese bread was very delicious, but after this experience we will probably not be returning. Very disappointed.
