They used to be good, since they raised prices and shrunk down the size of their pizzas, they are not worth the price. Especially since you can get a mountain size of a much better pizza at Mountain Mikes. A 20 inch pizza that easily feeds six cost less than one of their so called large.

Fatties gave me the wrong pizzas. I drove down to get the pizzas and they gave me the wrong ones. I called the store to tell them that they gave me the wrong order. The store wanted me to drive down again to bring back the wrong order and give me the right one. I told the manager that I shouldn’t have to drive down again because of their mistake. The manager was rude and did not try to make things right. Kept saying no deliveries would be made to correct their error. Customer service is not what it use to be. Fattie’s has gone down hill with customer satisfaction and service.

If I could, I would rate this a -5 star. I have worked here, I have tried garlic bread so many times, over and over and over. I eat it cold, I eat it barely cooked, I enjoy it. My last time buying it ever again. The garlic spread was awfully disgusting, never once did I ever find anything close to this, there’s honestly nothing about Fattes that I like

Fantastic! Honestly baffles me that people left bad reviews… there is a little storm outside and they had no problem delivering in the rain. Walked to the door and the pizzas were still warm and my soda was still cold. They were polite over the phone and in person. Plus the pizza was soooooo good! They gave us an accurate time estimate for when the pizza would arrive, underrated tbh. There are lots of pizza places in Santa Maria but this is definitely at the top of the list of favorites. Deserved every cent of the tip.

Normally we enjoy Fattes, but they get out order wrong and made us drive the pizzas back to correct it. Plus they gave us attitude about it. No coupon, apology, soda, nothing. Just attitude. The pizzas is fine but the employees just don’t care. We’re not going back.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I spoke to Leisha after calling multiple times and leaving messages that were never returned. She had zero accountability for not returning the voicemail I left regarding an order i wanted to place. She even said they never received one. To make matters worse she had an attitude from the moment she got on the phone. I asked to speak to the owner after 5 minutes of her interrupting and talking over me. She said they dont give out that info. I asked for the owner to call back and gave her my info. Then as she was trying to end the call i reminded her id called to order food. If she had listened to anything i said she would know I needed pizzas delivered. After rudely rushing me through the ordering process she asked for my name and phone number for the order. That showed me she didn’t write anything down for the owner to call back. Then she hung up on me. When we went to pick up the food she was giving my coworker dirty looks and speaking very rudely and aggressively. I would highly recommend the owners get this person in check as this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this company being rude to customers. If it happiness again ill never order from them again.

Usually good! Only a couple of times was the pizza dry, but other than that, fatte’s doesn’t usually disappoint! My go-to is pepperoni and cheese on white sauce and it’s always good!
