Faustos Mexican Grill has been in Business and serving the Henderson Valley, Las Vegas and surrounding areas for over 15 years. In 2001, Don Fausto opened the doors of his very own restaurant “Fausto’s Mexican-Grill” on the corner of Horizon Ridge and Eastern Ave in Henderson, NV.
Today, Don Fausto has 5 different locations to better serve the community. Three in Faustos Henderson, NV and one in South West Las Vegas NV where our primary goal is to serve our customers true Mexican Food nice and hot right out of the grill. I have to start with, Cashier was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Problem was the food. We ordered #13. Hard shell taco with. Enchilada plate. Taco was mostly lettuce. Rest of food wasn’t warm enough and some sections, were cold, like it was taken out of the fridge and microwaved. I also ordered the 2 chicken enchilada plates. Enchilada was tasty, but again my entire plate was cold. I was going to give food 3 stars, but as soon as I arrived home, I was sick. I wouldn’t recommend, unless you like spending almost $30 for cold food.

Mucho delicious. Great tacos and prices. I was surprised when they served up full size tacos. I was expecting the street taco size. I have to admit I like this place better than tacos el gordo. I ordered an asada and alpastor.

We are in town from the east coast, and wanted to have some of the authentic Mexican food we love from us being from California. This place was a huge letdown. The beans were literally gray and tasted awful. The meat for asada tacos was plain, and about 90% fat.
