Faustos Mexican Grill has been in Business and serving the Henderson Valley, Las Vegas and surrounding areas for over 15 years. In 2001, Don Fausto opened the doors of his very own restaurant “Fausto’s Mexican-Grill” on the corner of Horizon Ridge and Eastern Ave in Henderson, NV.
Today, Don Fausto has 5 different locations to better serve the community. Three in Faustos Henderson, NV and one in South West Las Vegas NV where our primary goal is to serve our customers true Mexican Food nice and hot right out of the grill. Service was good, restaurant was clean. Food was good too. We ordered 1 grilled chicken and cheese quesadilla (meal), 1 grilled chicken and cheese quesadilla by itself, 1 steak chimichanga and large horchata and it came down to $36.31. Portions were huge and we definitely enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back ❤.

Portions size for the price is excellent but taste is just ok. You’re not going to be blown away but you can’t really expect that at these prices. Burrito and tacos were loaded but the taco’s tortilla was a bit stiff (not soft and pliable).
