The great. Place was packed, everyone was smiling so you know the foods going to be great. Super busy nice woman at the register who just out of her experience and speed I know she has been doing this for a very long time. The only questionable thing. Just so people are aware The lunch special on the chalk bored with no price by it was 17 bucks. For beef Manhattan. To me that’s alot. But that’s just the world now I guess.

the breaded pork tenderloin was just ok. it didn’t taste like a piece of pork that had been pounded, but like pork that I had been processed and put back together . a lot better than Jim dandy, but not nearly as good as ti-on. Ti-on has one of the best tenderloins around. the onion rings were nice and thick but too greasy. the frozen fries needed another 5 minutes in the fryer. disappointed that everything was put in petroleum based unrecyclable styrofoam.

This dining secret just north of the courthouse is easy to find. Being a very popular, down-home, experience, I enjoyed all the restaurant had to offer. “It’s one of a kind, I’ll tell you that.” Soon not to be forgotten. The atmosphere was as outstanding as the food. Make sure you get some pie! Don’t expect china and candles, just Indiana at it’s best.

It’s okay food but not worth the price. The chicken in my noodles had a really weird after taste to it. Since I paid $64 for the 4 meals that we got I took my meal home. I tried to give it to our dogs but they sniffed it and backed off. They wouldn’t even eat it.
