Staff and food are amazing. You are always greeted with a smile! I work next door which my pregnancy craving cake and there subs almost everyday. I worked up till my due date and they always asked when I was going to go into labor! Well I finally went into labor and Krystal the manger and her wonderful staff sent me a gift for having the baby! They really went above and beyond. Love you guys! Parker can’t wait to meet you guys!

My family and I decided to end our Orlando trip at Fazoli’s. We ended up being 100% satisfied with everything. The employees were helpful with recommendations and questions about the menu. We were a group of 5 so we ended up getting 5 different lunch specials. Let me tell you how appealing they looked on the plates they were served on. They had some white plates, something that reminded me of a big fancy restaurant and I peeked my eyes over at the kitchen and saw the cook drizzeling our pasta with sauce 0_0…. I don’t know why but it looked like he was really using his culinary skills . The taste of the food was pleasing and the Italian ice drink was delightful. My husband bought another for the road. The service was extremely fast and the environment was relaxing. Thanks Bri and employees for ending our trip with this wonderful meal. Forget McDonald’s, etc….We can not wait to visit again.

Great food for the price! Stellar customer service yields customer satisfaction! For a fast food spot it isn’t bad at all. If one is looking for freshly made food on a whim, then stop by this location. You won’t be disappointed! The 4 stars for atmosphere equals 5 stars for drive-thru service. I miss Fazoli’s in Orlando. The food was great, just as I remember. The breadsticks were good, but it seemed like they were warmed up in the microwave. The reason for only 3 stars was that they never brought more bread as promised, and the prices were absolutely high.
