Took the family today. Spent 60 for four people… ordered the Spicy Ziti. Now I like sauce and all the pictures, plenty of sauce. Got my $11 pasta (after tax price) and it hardly had any sauce. We asked for more sauce and even after showing them the dish(pictured) the girl said she put enough. She then charged almost $2 for extra sauce. She brought it over in a soup container. I opened it and it was 1/4 full of sauce. (Pictures). It may have been 1/2 a cup of sauce. On top of that the food was very salty, much like the staff when we asked for more sauce. Won’t darken the doors here again. Overpriced, poor customer service and sub par food. There are plenty of authentic Italian places who charge just as much for much higher quality food.

The food was good but the service absolutely sucked. The one in Murfreesboro is awesome but the Smyrna store the food was good but the drive thru gal her whole attitude sucks. What’s worse is I think she was the manager and she don’t need to be in that kind of business.

Not as good as it used to be. There’s been cost cutting by corporate that has negatively impacted the recipe book. The staff are doing the best they can, but the food is only average, and that’s for fast food. I’ve had better pasta at the cafeteria at work.

You can’t get better food at this price anywhere in town. The food was good, the service was great and the dining area is a pleasant atmosphere. I had the loaded baked spaghetti which was very good.

It would be nice if people would actually abide by the hours posted on the door. It clearly states that it is open until 10pm every day.. We got to Fazoli’s at 9:25 and the doors were already locked and the guy that was mopping the floor just looked out the window at us like we were dumb. I just wanted something quick to eat, so thanks for screwing up your only job.

Arrived at 740 and was told the dining room was closed and it was take out only, even though hours posted state they close at 10 pm and there were still multiple people sitting and eating in the dining room. Rude staff and the bathroom was disgusting.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a Fazolis. They gave me my food which was really cold, like really cold. I asked the woman for bread sticks and she says to wait until she gets done cleaning the tables but she never came so I took my food and asked them to warm it up but all they did was take hit spaghetti sauce and dumped it on top of all my food. I was so disgusted I just left.
