The food was excellent the staff was very friendly. They were super busy. It was a good 25 minutes before we received our food. The restaurant was clean but there was a lot of dishes on the tables from where no one had been over to clean the tables yet. It would be nice if they stayed more on top of that but it was a great experience. The food was wonderful surely wish we had a Fazoli’s back home in NC. This was my first time here but definitely won’t be the last.

We decided to go to Fazolis during are trip to Pigeon Forge because their are not many left and we have not tried one yet. We were pleasantly surprised Fazolis is a Italian fast food restaurant with a drive through the prices are very reasonable.We got the alfredo,pizza,mozzarella balls, breadsticks, and pizza breaksticks all of them were decent items. In addition, the place was clean for a fast food restaurant.

We usually get decent service here, but last time, they went above and beyond. Not only did they keep the breadsticks coming, the (I’m guessing) manager offered to get us some to go, AND got us some dipping sauces… one seemed to be custom made (she said she’d make us one with some basil in it, and it was delicious!).

We visited on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Our food was delicious, hot and fresh. The service was top notch. Now, the manager Tommy, was amazing. He came around and was checking on everyone and offering fresh bread. Thanks for a wonderful meal and great day. I highly recommend going and having lunch or supper!

The food was hot-the Bread Great. My main dish was A OK. But the service was Heaven. Very nice people hard working I don’t now the name of the person that took our order but he was up there with the best so all in all I’d give at least a high 9 Great job to everyone

The service was better than at the Olive Garden in Morristown. The waitress who brought our food to the table was friendly. She smiled as she was putting parmesan on my ravioli.. The ravioli with marinara was good. She even brought utensils and napkins (it’s part self-serve here). The bread sticks were hot and fresh. The salad was fresh but very cold.

I’m giving this 5 stars because of their kind manager. I work in a medical clinic and we called and ordered lunch and the employee on the phone was so rude told us we should have called way ahead of time. Well working in an urgent care we eat when we get the chance. When the General Manger was called by the manage on duty about our complaint she immediately called us while she was on her honeymoon to apologize and make things right and had our lunch delivered to us the next day for free. That was above and beyond! Thank you!

Ended up coming to this location as I got it mixed up with the Cookeville location to the west. No worries there. They did a great job – excellent food, excellent and friendly service, and they now even have at least one keto selection on the menu, which I ordered and it tasted great. I’d absolutely visit this location again, next time I’m traveling through!

This location accommodated a group of 25 youth and chaperones superbly! After calling to see if they could accommodate us we arrived to tables already pulled together and bread sticks waiting. Service was quick and friendly. And the food was good!
