Had lunch here with my granddaughter today. She had chicken, broccoli Al Fredo, she loved it. I had a classic sampler. Very good. More than I could eat. The bread sticks were hot and dripping with garlic butter. The service from the young lady taking orders until we left was excellent. We will be going back.

Looked like they were short of help so it was slower than Fazolis normally is and they were the worst breadsticks I’ve ever had at a fazolis. They were hard and didn’t have much garlic butter or whatever the flavoring is.

The manager Rebecca was very rude to me she had an attitude the service was horrible she was all over the place, making a mess being rude to costumers and employees I waited for my food for 40 minutes and when she finally brought it out it was cold the cheese wasn’t melted and the breadsticks were hard overall a bad experience especially with how rude a MANAGER was!!!

Got an order pick up in the drive thru and the grand sampler was missing chicken in the fettuccine. It was reported to manager but never heard from them. Never got a refund or anything. The incompetence at this location is unacceptable.

Yuck. Pizza was like a paper plate with ketchup and cheez-wiz. Horrid. Servers were very nice. The end. I will NEVER go back. Wife’s meal was worse.

Asked about a military discount, cashier/male said yes no problem, after our group of 15 ordered and 12 minutes later We had to reorder something else. I ask about the male did he make sure he did the discount on the pervious order, he said he forgot. Didn’t apologize at all. The manager standing there, I ask if she could redo the order and apply the refund back to the card. She said NO, I ask if she would comp the kids meal I was wondering to help offset the mistake by her employee? She again said NO. We can’t do anything like that in our system. After a small debate. She told me I was never a manager. She didn’t know me at all. After we were headed out, I ask her name. It was Dawn. The she told another worker I was mad bc I didn’t get a free meal out of her!!!. WHAT? I said no it was about a MILITARY DISCOUNT. She then yelled at the top of her lungs… BYE!!. I’ve never ever seen this type of disrespect from a manager. DO NOT EAT HERE. There was a party of 11 at $8 to $15 a person. And 4 at $5 each. It wasn’t a small order.

The worst experience I bought a 20 piece wing and by the time I got home seen that yall only gave me 10 call the day and they say sorry we won’t do anything about it you have to call the same day your ordered are you serious it’s not alot but it means that if they will steal from you be wary and always call the same day as for me I’m never eating at a fagolis again
