Italian fast food place that really needs better management & staffing. Conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Pretty wide selection of food choices. Overall not very flavorful. The best thing about the meal was the free breadsticks you get when dining in. The dining area was not clean at all. The tables were all sticky, as was the floor. The food was far from what I would expect. Service was very slow & careless. My husband had baked spaghetti, which he reported was practically tasteless & underdone. We had pepperoni cheese bread, which was very unimpressive. I would definitely not get that again. I had the Italian sub, which was a bit spicy. Plenty of meat & very thick. Pepsi products.

The service was the best I have seen since in a very long time. The employees were always smiling and interacting with the customers. The place was spotless clean and the food came out fast and hot. They definitely get 5 stars from me and my highest recommendation!

Excellent dinner. Legendary service! Carol waited on us in Georgetown, KY Fazoli’s. She is truly a shining star, so very helpful, pleasant, brought food to our table and chatted a little with us being out of town. Wonderful experience, due mainly to Carol and the good food!

Food was fantastic but it wasn’t as hot as I would like to have had. The service was good and the meatball was very good. The breadsticks were pretty limp. This was a takeout order but was eaten at our hotel room literally 350 feet away.

I can certainly say the workers here were trying their best. It was clear that they were completely understaffed, but they worked to make up for it. When our food took a while to come out, they offered free desserts. The food was fine, but not great. This was my first time at a Fazoli’s, so I can’t speak to its quality compared to other locations.

There was no one at the counter for 10 mins before the young lady that was cleaning tables came over. But I do understand staffing issues nowadays and the young lady was really trying her best to do two jobs at the same time.

So I always get the pizza pasta sampler when I eat here, which is always different days of the week, tried ordering it on a Friday 6/23/23 and was told I couldn’t because they can only sell it on Wednesday. Poor customer service. All menu items should be available all the time. I don’t blame the employees, I actually didn’t want to be too irritated with them because the boy taking the order was very young and then the manager came to the window and was very young, but in my opinion that is a very stupid rule for a restaurant to have, if you have a pizza pasta sampler he should be available all the time. I’ll be back when it’s available seven days a week.

Tried the lobster mac & cheese, got extra sauce since my dad said it was a little dry when he order the angus beef mac & cheese… but mine was definitely well worth the extra sauce and super cheesy! Took a picture of the lobster as well. They’re not super huge pieces but they are in there. I’m glad they finally brought the mac & cheese back.
