Food was great.. However staff needs to bemindful of conversations they are having in the back. I went around 11am and it was very quiet inside the restaurant,however you could hear some of the staffs inappropriate conversations. Which made me want to leave.

Great restaurant. It’s like the fast food Olive garden. Fantastic breadsticks must have. They also have cheesecake factory cheesecake. However, it is at half the price of the cheesecake factory definitely go there. Service is fast and friendly and affordable

They are always fast and efficient. Their pizza is my favorite in town! We get the family meal deal and it’s enough for the 6 of us to eat at least twice. I like to order a side of broccoli and mushrooms to add to the fettuccine and then we all feel healthier.

The food is always very good. And the staff was very courteous and polite however it took an extremely long time to get my food approximately 15 minutes and this was in the Drive-Thru I was just sitting in my car waiting.

I ordered a super family deal that came with 16 breadsticks, a family spaghetti and a family fettuccini with meat sauce and Alfredo sauce, a whole 12 inch pepperoni pizza and a half gallon of lemonade. I ordered it for dine-in with the option of carryout.

I ordered off of DoorDash at this location. My chicken broccoli penne I ordered without tomatoes. Instead it came with tomatoes and no chicken. I couldn’t even eat it because it had tomatoes, what a waste.

I use to love going to Fazoli’s, but now the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. It’s unfortunate and I no longer visit. It doesn’t help that the staff here are slow either. Their breadsticks are amazing and still my favorite though like Olive Garden. A to go bag of the breadsticks is the only thing I get now.

Visited today for the first time in probably 3 years and I won’t be back. The quality of the ingredients has taken a huge dive. I remember the chicken parm- my fav menu item- being this large, crispy piece of juicy chicken. Now, it’s a chicken nugget that is not crispy, very dry, and tough to cut, had to take the “chicken” out, and I’ve had to drink pepto after this meal. Yuck.
