When we went, the kitchen staff was slammed. The food was taking a while and we were starting to get frustrated. That’s when the manager, Mrs. T, came out and started engaging with us. She was so fun and full of life. Her personality turned our evening around. Normally I wouldn’t take the time to write a post like this, but she had such a great impact on our evening that I wanted to share it.

Ordered 3 meals through the drive thru. Only received 2 after 10 minutes of waiting. It seems like every time I go to this one particular location things are messed up. This is the third strike. Would not recommend.

We stopped by here while visiting from out of town to try Fazoli’s. They may advertise fast, fresh, Italian, but they are anything but fast. We got our side salads, then 30 mins later still no food, after a multitude of excuses we finally got our food, but still no pepperoni sticks after 60 mins. Management and staff just kept giving us 1 lame excuse after another. While we were there, we also overheard no less than 3 other customers complain about lengthy times over 30 mins. Next time I’ll just go to Olive Garden… do your best to avoid them

The staff at this location make the meal. Toya is something special! When I walk in and she’s there, I feel like I’m at home! I eat a couple of times per week, and have never had a bad experience. The team knows me, and no matter how busy, they always make me feel special. The food is great too, of course, but the team here really makes it something special! Thank you Palomar Fazoli’s!

I think they are charging too much for marinara sauce, got 2 dozen of the breadsticks and didn’t get a full container of sauce which was less than 1/2 full… other than that every other time I’ve gone there I had no problem,

I hope that this gets to the right person. I’ve been having a rough couple of months and today it finally got to me. I don’t like crying in front of others but as I was ordering my food at the Palomar Fazoli’s in Lexington, I was on the phone venting and crying. The kind young lady at the drive thru window has a heart of gold. When I drove off, I found a slice of cheesecake with a beautiful note attached. This act of kindness will never be forgotten. Got a spicy ziti W/ chicken. It was dry, barely had any sauce and just one big piece of chicken on top. Cheese was not spreaded out.. at least it was hot i guess.
