The service was slow. I love Fazzoli’s so don’t get me wrong. But I saw something that grossed me out. The manager, bus boy and cashier were all delivering food. I watched food being scraped off plates, handling cash which is filthy and then go pick up people’s food and handle the plates without washing their hands or at least putting gloves on. It turned my stomach. I didn’t want to eat my food.

The breadsticks are just out of the world! I have never had such soft, buttery goodness ever! They’re offered unlimited with any dish you order (at least they were at the time I visited the place, not sure if it was a limited offer). The pizza is a perfect comfort food you’d be looking for, every ingredient in moderate proportions. The chicken Pesto penne pasta was ammazing! They had much more interesting dishes that I would love to try if I visit again, but overall, I hardly recommend it! It’s 100% family friendly!

Fettuccine 6/10. Lasagne was gummy, very salty, not good 1/10. Meatballs 5/10. Spaghetti 5/10. Breadsticks 7/10. Cashier was efficient. Food was out in 10 mins. Annoying owner/manager making a big deal about giving directions to a worker. I thought at first the restaurant seems clean and a good place to work and then when I saw the manager in action I was like err …nah, it’s just clean. Do not get the lasagne, save that for a real Italian restaurant because it was disgusting. My wife says she’d go back but not order the lasagne. The cheese was okay though.
