Avoid at all cost. Went there tonight November 8,2022. 7:30 pm. Ordered $40.00 worth of food and one being a family meal. All 3 FAMILY size sauces, 1 meat sauce and 2 alfredo all 3 are ICE COLD and filled not even half full. Out of all 3 containers these combined would fill ONE family size saice so I was ripped off of 2 family size sauces at the cost of 10 dollars! This meal came with 2 large round containers of noodles and out of all 3 sauces this was not enough to cover even 1 container of noodles. This is a joke. Do not spend your money here. Prices for what I was served are ridiculous. I have attached pictures. As you can see the sauce containers but not the ice cold sauce inside. Also 7 pm at night they have a recording at the drive thru saying they are closed and to come back during normal business hours. This is in hopes people drive off. I however pulled around and went inside to see why there sign says open until 10 pm and they say there drive thru is messed up since the tome change…..3 days ago. I wonder how many customers they have lost due to this. Probably a good thing seeing what i received. I wish i would have drove off as well.

Fazoli’s Henderson hosted a “give back” night for our school. We had an amazing turnout. The staff did an outstanding job keeping up with the large quantity of orders while remaining friendly and welcoming. The pasta and breadsticks were delicious. Our students had a fantastic time and the PTA received a very nice check. Thank you, Henderson Fazoli’s!

Tried going in to get online order, the door was locked and employees looking at me like stupid like. Finally lil Girl comes around the corner sign language me like go drive thru. Well hell any other time there like you have to come in for online pickup. So make it make sense.

I eat there often and normally have a great all around experience. Until the last visit! I had a 3 yr old and a handicapped elderly lady with me. Halfway into our meal they had to use the restroom. When we got back to our table we found it had been cleaned off and our food was gone. We left our personal belongings at the table including our jackets and car keys so there was nothing to indicate we were finished other than our absence. When I complained to the employees I was told “we can give you a bread stick!” Nice! We had drinks, 3 bread sticks , pizza and pasta when we got up to go to the restroom!

My family and I, on our long trip home mind you, decided to stop here to eat.. it was late 30 mins closing time yes, but, we thought we’d have enough time, and when my husband said we wanted to change from dine in to dine out so they didn’t waste any plates or anything one employee complained “i cant believe he came up here as said that!” as soon as he walked to the dining room and then he could hear the cook complaining AND (I am only guessing) the manager, so we decided we didn’t trust the food after they just got angry about him asking. And the woman who was complaining in the back refunded us and lied to our face saying she didn’t complain. I know times are tough and I’ve worked in food service before and I wouldn’t complain ONCE even on a tough day. Maybe the many bad reviews will change their attitudes.
