We had our Valentine’s dinner here. The employees were all very friendly and nice. The breadsticks were delicious! I had the lasagna and was surprised by how big the portion was. It was cheesy and delicious. I was surprised to see real plates and silverware and not disposable. That help keep the food hot while we ate it! The red velvet cheesecake was so good!! It was from The Cheesecake Factory! Fazoli’s offers specials each night and a rewards program. I loved that Tuesday nights kids eat for .99. What a great way to allow parents to treat their kids to a dinner out without costing them a fortune. The restaurant was clean and well stocked.

Today was the second ever ordering here. Ordered the Grand Sampler which comes with Lasagna with Meat Sauce, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatball, and Ravioli with Meat Sauce. The lasagna had an odd taste, the chicken Alfredo was basic with NO chicken, the spaghetti was basic with a frozen meatball with no sauce on it, the ravioli have little to no sauce and was not meat sauce. Disappointed.

The drive thru was handy I ordered my food and the drive thru is quick and I got my food right away the chicken Alfredo and garlic bread was delicious Fazoli’s is the best place to go they got the best chicken Alfredo ever and the garlic bread is delicious too

Food is relatively good and consistent. Service friendly and quick. Restaurant is typically clean. My only complaints are bread sticks can be salty and the pop machines are sometimes inconsistent.

I’m new to the area and I’ve been to this location a few times now. This time in particular was terrible to say the least. I ordered 2 different drinks in the drive thru and asked for extra strawberries in my Italian ice. I got all strawberry topping and very little frozen lemonade. It’s as if they were trying to be funny because I asked, and also paid for, extra strawberry. The old miserable woman at the window was rude when I came back to get my drink remade . She gives me my new drink without the lid on, like she had to pay for it out of her pocket or something. I guess she was “acting her wage” or whatever. My advice is to find a new career path if customer service isn’t your thing. ✌

Love the Heath Fazoli’s. Ashlee W. went above and beyond for our group, we had 4 adults and 7 kids and Ashlee handled everything with kindness and over the top customer service. She even came out and took pictures of us as a group. Josh the manager came around to check on us and was also great as well. I hope Fazoli’s recognizes the rockstar employees they have. I had a really good experience at this location! I am Italian, and my wife and I were craving something quick. We stopped here for the lunch special and were pleasantly surprised – food was ready early, the restaurant was very clean, and the cashiers were happy to interact with customers. The prices are also extremely reasonable here, and I appreciate that. Low prices make people like me come in more consistently which ultimately means more money for the business! Keep it up, Fazoli’s!
