We’ve been going to this Fazolis for the past 2 years, and lately, the service has just really taken a dive. For the most part, Fazolis is an average value chain with mega carbs for people who need to fill up fast. This particular location, however, is messy and reflects some poor management choices.

My family and I have found ourselves eating more and more from this location. The app makes it so easy and shows you so many options that you wouldn’t normally even think about. You can also pick up your order through the drive thru as well. We have not a single bad experience or meal in the past several months and we will most definitely be returning to this location in the future. I would also highly recommend getting the app, it really does help make the process smoother.

The food came out correct and tasty. Their Cesar salad, is… interesting. Came with a party of 7 and the food came out in a timely manner. Restaurant is clean and it didn’t take long for the tables to get clean once people left. The bathrooms were clean as well, which is a struggle for most other restaurants. Overall it was a nice experience. I would come back for sure!

I usually have no issue at all at this location as we frequent it often but for some reason today it was AWFUL to say the least. I waited at the window for 6 minutes before even being as to order. (Never even greeted me to say they someone would help me soon or anything…..That should’ve been my clue to keep moving.)

Can I give zero stars? I ordered dinner for my family. I picked it up and found the breadsticks had mold on them and the pizza tasted extremely old. Spoke to a manager and he stated he made the pizza in the morning. That explains why it tastes old. He then stated to come to the store to swap out the moldy breadsticks for fresh ones. How can you claim “fresh” Italian with old MOLDY food??????

I do not have a fazolis close to where I live so I always enjoy eating here when I come through Avon. I was very pleased with the service this time. We had a lady named Andrea she was very friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. She is definitely a good addition the fazolis team. Thank you Andrea for making our lunch outing very enjoyable. Next time I come through Avon I will make it a point to come to fazolis because of the service you gave us today.
