I am in awe of the smiling, friendly and fast service I received. I stopped in after working a rough day in a factory and was delighted when an employee held the door open for me, rushed to the counter and took my order and even gave me a coupon to use on my next visit. The food was hot and delicious and my overall experience was pretty awesome. I’m definitely going back very soon.

First time trying Fazolis tonight with the family. It was PHENOMENAL!! Michael in the drive-thru was awesome! Very nice and professional. So was the other staff. Definitely found our new favorite spot!!

Great this time!! Haven’t been to this location in about a year. Last takeout we got there was a mess. Our order was opened and all over the bottom of the bag. Manager did nothing.

We placed an online order for curbside pick-up, to start. I pulled in my spot and called the number as told on the sign for curbside pick-up and I was directed to come in the store and pick my order up, that was on a shelf through the front doors. That wasn’t curbside pick-up… Well. We ordered the Two Pastas with 8 breadsticks deal for 17.00 and the bread sticks were raw and all smashed together. The pasta was great for the Spaghetti and the Alfredo but husband said the Meat Sauce had a bite to it. I loved ♥ the roasted chicken but didn’t get but a half a tub of th Alfredo Sauce and ordered a Family Order . I won’t be returning to this restaurant again in the future

The kid at the drive-thru window should really wait until after work to hit the doobie.. I ordered $55 worth of food, he hands me my cheesecake, and that’s it. So I sit there thinking it’s still cooking or whatever. Then, finally, he says, “Can I help you with something else?” I’m like, uhhh yeah, my order.. lol. Goodness man, you’re too young to smoke anyway n, then you do it at work, so you can’t function correctly.. no good.
