Average The noodles in my chicken Alfredo wasn’t quite cooked all the way. The place was empty at noon on a Saturday and I believe I know why. While the prices aren’t bad the food is just okay. Also surprised that a sit-down “restaurant” serves drinks in styrofoam cups. Not recommended

Wasn’t to busy so had quick service. Had coupons and I got to use all 3 coupons on same order so tht was nice to save. For it not being to busy the dinning area could of been cleaner. The food was good and hot when came out to us.

I ordered bake fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and they didn’t put the chicken in, but they charged me. The bread was not done. It was doughy. When I got to Fizoli’s the employee was on the phone and I had to wait until he finished.

As a previous employee. I would not recommend working here. GM pretends he doesn’t know what’s going on while an associate manager terrorized everyone. She personally doesnt like me because i never felt the need to be overly friendly, or divulge my business to her. And since i didnt she says “i think im all that” and since Im not easy to bully, situations were created for me, or other managers to deal with. Associate manager lies often, and she is such good friends with the GM that when other managers and associates complain…it just gets ignored. Please don’t send your minors here. She will cause issues for them, especially if they make the mistake of telling her any of their business. Jessica and Casey are great along with a few other employees…but overall It’s a highly toxic work environment. It wasn’t worth me leaving my other job, turning down better job options to gain “management” experience…or trying to help out by staying employed there longer than I originally intended. It was a hellish year, that caused issues for multiple people, especially me. I’ve even witnessed someone (lbgtq+) not being hired because they were “dramatic” and wanted to be called by their preferred name. After dealing with all the bulls**** and the toxic work environment, I was let go for issues caused by another manager and a work friend of hers.

chicken alfredo came with maybe one drop of alfredo sauce. broccoli was hard and uncooked. bacon tasted like plastic. I couldn’t even try the chicken because it looked raw.. they were out of three different drinks I asked for in a row. breadsticks were thrown into bag, soggy and sopping wet with butter and squished into the bottom of the bag. I will NEVER be back!!! complete waste of my money and I’m very disappointed. I used to love this place when David was the manager! 5 stars to 0 stars
