I drove 5 hours and stopped here. It was everything I remembered. It was heaven. Great people, friendly service, cheap food, TASTY food, a drive thru… It is fast casual Italian. It isn’t the best Italian. You don’t pay best Italian prices. The bread sticks are literally mana from heaven.

Ordered whole family food for dine in. My son ordered Childs fettuccine Alfredo. Came to us and he ate about half when he showed me the bowl and it was all water sauce. Not cream sauce. My 11 year old son took it up to front and showed them. They made a new one but when they brought it to us she was extremely rude and said we should have notified them before he ate any. However, he needed to eat some noodles to see all the water sauce. Very unprofessional and disrespectful over a disgusting bowl that they should have had no problem remaking. Would not recommend

My wife and I stopped at the Des Moines Merle Hay Road Fazoli’s today on our way to do some shopping. I had a bowl of spaghetti with extra marinara sauce and my wife had the bowl of ravioli, along with a deliciously fresh salad we shared. Both meals were more than generous in size, and both piping hot, as were the breadsticks. Our meals were totally off the charts in goodness. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the three fabulous meatballs with my meal, The staff at this restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Judging by our experience today this appears to be a very well run restaurant. We were both stuffed and will for sure be returning, probably just as soon as we are hungry again.

My family and I like going to Fazoli’s. This time it was real good. Some nights they are real stingy on there sauce. I don’t know about you, but if I’m gonna spend 30 some dollars for dinner I want enough sauce for my pasta. At the drive threw the girl just shoved are bag at us & didn’t say a word, Not a “ have a good evening”. Or “thanks come again” I guess you can’t get plenty of sauce & good service in the same night.

Beware of the Fazoli’s in Urbandale. Tonight we picked up dinner through the drive thru. They didn’t return our credit card and within 2 hours had racked up over 1,000 dollars in charges around Urbandale and Des Moines. Target, Home Depot, McDonalds, Car Wash and the gas station. Seemed like they had done this before. Looks like they need to clean house on the crew that worked there tonight. Disappointed.
