Perfect quick pasta meal. Went through the drive through and while it did take a little longer than other fast food, I also enjoyed watching them make the food. As someone that works in food service, I was pleased to see that everyone was wearing gloves, hats and aprons. One of the women that was putting pasta together looked over at me and smiled. This was nice to see because she didn’t look miserable. I told the woman that was working the window that I enjoyed watching them work and they were doing a great job. I feel like people need to remember that this place isn’t a 5 star, authentic Italian experience, it is a quick service restaurant. Very pleased with the quality of food for the price, but even happier with the attitudes of the staff. Great job y’all!

I honestly love Fazoli’s food, but I would not recommend this location based on service. The cashiers were yelling across the restaurant to each other and appeared by mad at all the customers. When I asked to order the girl who needed to open a register rolled her eyes. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or just generally unhappy to be there.

The food was really good! 6 of us. We all got something different and everyone enjoyed it. Their prices are really really good as well. Plus the new “The Cheesecake Factory” triple Chocolate Cake was SUPER good! 10/10. (BTW- I’m not a bread stick person, but let me tell ya, they have some pretty dang good ones!)

First we had to park so that online order could be brought out to the car when it was ready. Then 40 minutes later my husband had to go in to check on it only to find out they had forgotten about us. Then our order was incorrect and they appeared annoyed that they had given us the wrong sauce and we were requesting the correct. There was no plastic ware or parmesan included even though my husband requested. And to add to the negative situation my husband myself and our dog whom we shared a lot of chicken with all ended up with food poisoning. It get quick and the only thing we had eaten in common was the chicken from the chicken Alfredo.

Clean environment, good food made to order, friendly service. No breadstick service that Fazoli’s Restaurant is known for. A drink was out n not refilled even though they were notified. Silverware appeared to have soap residents on them.

Very discussing experience last night. It took over a hour to get our food. Then we got our food it was served to us on dirty plates. The pop machine was dirty and the ice tea machine tray look like it has not been clean for weeks. The tables in dining area where not the clean the best also. Then to top it off the staff were using not so professional language out loud where everyone could hear it. I saw the post on the door of the champaign county public health department and I can see why they are investigated food safety with this restaurant.

I haven’t been here in years and just as good as I remember. Cashier/ server Aarionna was friendly. I had a regular fettuccine and slice of cheese pizza, but my favorite were their famous Breadsticks.

My two daughters and I were there tonight for dinner. The order was rung up wrong the first time, went back to repay for the order she missed, then didn’t get the rest without going back to ask for it. Breadsticks were super salty!!! Everything was less than microwave dinner quality..Stouffer chicken Alfredo is actually a lot better.
