We ordered our take-out food online. Unfortunately, we took too long to get to the restaurant because the staff informed us the food was finished over 30 minutes prior to our arrival. They don’t give out any food that sits for 30 minutes or more. Fortunately, for us the great staff at Fazoli’s recooked our food order & we were able to enjoy their exquisite cuisine. We had a great dining experience, in large part to Allayna W. was very attentive, checking on us regularly as well as the other guests. Allayna is very personable and professional. The food was piping, hot and delicious. Allayna had all the tables clean, ready for the next guests. Even the parking lot was devoid of any litter whatsoever. It was quite apparent to us that she was genuinely interested in our Fazoli’s dining experience.
