Fazoli’s exceeded my expectations today! My food was made perfectly (I have dietary restrictions and sometimes need to make adjustments) and was still very warm even after delivery. I could tell Madisyn packaged my meal with love! She took the time to clearly mark every item off my ticket as she placed the items carefully in my bag so I got everything I ordered, in tact! Big thank you to the whole Fazoli’s team & to Madisyn!!

I’ve never left a review on a place before but I just had to for this warrensburg restaurant. We haven’t even tried to food yet but we told them we were new to the fast food place and needed a second to look at the menu and they were SO nice and recommended a lot of different options and went over how their menus work. When we got to the window they were just so happy to help and just had phenomenal customer service, enough for me to want to write a review. Awesome job!

I love Fazoli’s!!!! It’s clean and well maintained. The associates are some of the friendliest in town. You can tell that a lot of thought and time went into their training. They’re awesome. The food is wonderful. Very reasonably priced. Came out hot and tasty. We were asked several times if we needed anything and were we enjoying our meal. Very pleasant experience. 5 stars Fazoli’s!!! Really great option for italian food out here in Warrensburg. I’ve always skipped by this place, but today I decided to stop in and I will definitely be back! Staff was friendly and made sure any of our needs were accomodated. The interior design is comforting and modern. Food was good with plenty of options to choose from (not to mention if you dine in you get unlimited bread sticks). I can personally recommend this place to anyone that wants friendly fast italian food.
