Quality food for a decent price. The spaghetti with marinara is really good. Large portion, the spaghetti is not too hard or soft, and the sauce is very tasty and I am an Italian that makes my own. I usually get extra sauce because I like my sauce heavy and I do not think the normal portion is sufficient for the amount of pasta. The salad is good. Served cold, with a premade packet of dressing. The breadsticks are the best around. Fresh, hot, flavorful, and unlimited. The cashier was really polite and we had our meal in literally minutes at lunch hour. They seem to be a little short staffed so some tables were not bussed for a bit. The cashier came around and asked us if we needed anything else or more breadsticks. Good spot and I will continue to frequent for lunch.

DeVante was awesome. Personable and suggested I try the new baked Alfredo, which I did, and it was yummy. We enjoyed our experience at this fazolis. We even had a few laughs with DeVante and his staff which made for a nice dinning experience.

I reviewed this particular location a long time ago and it was fantastic for Italian fast food. The menu is reduced somewhat now. There is a severe shortage of help. The staff is nice and tries to keep the ship from sinking. I believe they can not keep up. The cleanliness is lacking. The breadsticks are soaked in oil. The sauce is minimal. The pizza is a bit limp. I’m sure some days are up to par and deserve credit. But the last few times I’ve been here have been very hit & miss. I’m offended the prices have gone up with the quality going down. I’ve always tipped but it’s hard to justify the amount paid the times that aren’t the best it can be.

Went in for the lunch special on Cass Street. Great service from front counter but the bread sticks were so disgusting soggy and full of butter or oil not sure but not good at all. Ravioli was tasty but would have been nice to have 2 nice bread sticks to go along with I was at work didn’t have time to go back complain amd wait usually I don’t have a problem with fazolis

I waited 30 min for some pizza breadsticks. After 15 min I went up and asked about them. They said they would throw them in. They didn’t, so I asked for a refund after 30 min because they still weren’t thrown in the oven. The lady at the register Nicole was rude at every interaction and the manager never apologized however she wasn’t rude. She said she would refund me and give me the breadsticks. So she had them throw them in then waited about 5 min to refund me which was about the amount of time it took for them to cook then didn’t give me the breadsticks however. She just ask if there was something else. I just don’t understand why you would tell someone that your gonna give them something then not. It wasn’t worth pushing the issue but they definitely lost our business at this location. I was nice about the situation because I understand sometimes we have bad days however this was a horrible experience the least we could’ve gotten was an apology.

We visited here and the food was fresh, hot and sauced correctly. No one wants dry pasta! David and his team passed out breadsticks and even made conversation with our little ones. It honestly felt like a family dinner right in the middle of Fazolis. Our friends were in from out of town and this was the cherry on top for our night. Thank for making it a great experience.
