Me and my wife had ordered the classic sampler. First and foremost the food was not hot. That’s a very very serious situation. Because warm food will make you sick. Warm food will give you food poisoning every time. I truly do not recommend this place. Furthermore everything that was on the plate did not look like the photo. Which is one reason why you want to buy it because of what the photo looks. And with it being $12 a piece what a disgrace. You do not get your money’s worth

The food was yummy and the service was super friendly, even offering a 25%(!!) military discount. However, the store was extremely warm inside, and it could use some nice Italian music to contribute to the atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall, it is a great option, especially being inside a gas station.

Great treat food. We haven’t had in a while. They don’t have any in Houston TX. The pasta and breadstixs are awsome. Strawberry cheese cake was scrumptious too . Will be back next visit to town.

The food was pretty good. We ordered some Chicken Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli, Garlic and Tomatoes. It was tasty and the sauce was creamy. The chicken was too salty though.

I would like to leave 0 stars. Where’s the manager at? Truck drivers work hard for our money to only get served warm food? You trying to make us sick. My husband and I ordered the classic sampler and the chic brings us our order saying the plates were hot…well if I can physically touch my food with my fingers and can’t say ouch then it’s not hot enough and that’s the kind of food that contains bacteria on it which causes food poisoning. Tomorrow I will call the Texas Health Department and report this and have them come check your restaurant. Got a refund. I don’t recommend this place. By the looks of the restaurant hardly anyone wants to eat here

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My children love it as well. The staff is always pleasant and more than accommodating to our indecisiveness and him-hawing around the menu. Acosha & Ciara never fail to deliver stellar customer service. I ask Will why they were so happy and customer oriented…he said the job was like a family. And very relaxed. Well, it shows!

My husband brought me here for the first time last summer and I was extremely surprised with how delicious the food was! He ordered the baked spaghetti with meatballs and I ordered the broccoli chicken Alfredo. Yum! The breadsticks are soft, hot and buttery with that garlic salted seasoning! We finally returned for dinner last night and brought our 4 year old picky eater. She loved it! The staff is always friendly and the inside nice and clean. I’d choose this over olive garden any day!

Understaffed, but the one person working the front was surprisingly cheerful and helpful. So, no complaints about service, but the food was dreadful. The breadsticks were soaked on the bottom with rancid oil, I’m assuming it was supposed to be a butter flavoring. The Alfredo sauce was greasy and stale and the noodles were stiff and also stale. I will not be returning. However, again, the one young woman who was taking orders, answering the phone, delivering the food to the tables, checking on customers had an amazingly positive attitude even though she was doing it all on her own.

I have been waiting for this place to open! Fazoli’s is awesome!! I remember being sad years ago when they closed down and now it’s back! My family and I came to have dinner tonight and I must say I was highly impressed with the excellent level of customer service from start to finish. The staff came by frequently to see if we needed anything and also offered fresh breadsticks which were unlimited . Our food was made quickly we waited less than 5 min after ordering. I would highly recommend visiting this location and having a nice lunch or dinner for a great price and great food with excellent customer service! Kudos to the staff for a great first impression, we will be back soon!
