8/23/2023 Offensive!!!!! It offends me as a black man in America that I have to stand in a place of business wanting service for over 5 minutes make eye contact with 3 employees and don’t even get a “hey we’ll be with you in a minute” but a white man can walk in right behind me in and out with a meal within 3-4 mins. An employee was caught sticking noodles in his mouth and licking his fingers clean while prepping food for customers and wore not gloves the entire time. Never eating here again, nasty people in this town just try their damnest to ruin everything.

Honestly this is the most pathetic place to eat in town. I ordered a chicken salad to only receive some pepperoni and a cut up bread stick on top. When I went in to get my money back so I can go elsewhere the employee that made my food decided it was appropriate to take a picture of me and my vehicle and license plate. His actions were the most unacceptable I have ever encountered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

what a horrible experience, the lady was being extremely rude and yelling at my husband and i. she kept on messing up our order because she was too busy yelling the whole time. i probably won’t ever go here again. she charged us for stuff and started yelling how she didn’t. we have the receipts.

Went there for lunch. I had a spicy penne with chicken (in the picture) it was spicy! Should’ve gotten a shaved ice to help cool down, but it was still good! My husband had chicken alfredo with bacon, also good. With some cinnamon swirl breadsticks, pretty good as well. Drinks didn’t taste bleachy, which is always a big plus! Can’t complain about the employees at all. One employee stopped bussing tables to open the door for an elderly gentleman with a cane. And the bathrooms were pretty clean always a plus as well.

Not this Location but I’ve been going to Fazoli’s for more than 10 yrs, I love there food. Which either you’ll love it or think it’s meh. Lol. I love it though. Why not 5 stars? Some of the items on the drive thru menu don’t fully explain what the meal comes with. It does but doesn’t. Other wise I’m satisfied.

My family has just rediscovered Fazoli’s a couple of months ago. This place is way better than they used to be! The kids LOVE it and I love seeing my boys full and happy. I had the chicken carbonara for dinner yesterday. It was the worst chicken I have ever ate. You could tell it was cheap chicken, hormone fead. Had the consistency and taste of like chewing on a chicken, flavored rubber balloon except it would break down as you chew on it. Much rather have less chicken but high quality.
