The best bread sticks I have ever had! They almost melt in your mouth. They gave us the wrong food at this location though so I was kinda sad. I was looking forward to a good salad but it was mainly iceburg lettuce, it looked like the salad mix you buy from Walmart . Everything else was pretty good.

First time visiting Fazoli’s in the Springs! We got two of the specials for $6.99 each and split it with our toddler. The food was hot, the staff was great, and for a small family—it was an inexpensive lunch. Would dine-in again!

Place is an absolute classic! Unlimited breadsticks dining in!!! I had 3 plates myself. So about 18 sticks. Then I proceeded to eat about 2 bowls of the pasta. I usually eat beyond my capacity here, well past the point of being comfortable. That’s the name of the game when you’re dealing with free breadsticks.

We have always had good food and service here. Not today. I ordered pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza both burnt. We also had ordered a dozen bread sticks. They gave us hard as a rock no garlic on them what soever and basically gave me the crumbs of the breadsticks. It looked like whoever bagged our food just picked the breadsticks up and squeezed them to crumple them and put in our bag. Worst experience ever. I have already called and talked to a manager so we will see if we get the coupons to replace what was terrible. I offered to bring it back up to show them and they said no. So we will see.

Horrible customer service. Lexi in charge of the front decided that her closing duties were more important than taking an order. I felt like such a low priority. Coaching opportunity for management. Rugs were soaked folded up and blocking the fountain drink area. Trash was everywhere. Absolutely disgusted with my experience here tonight.

Ordered delivery – anxious to try after passing by many times. Ordered baked ziti + salad + unsweetened tea…. got spaghetti with Meatballs instead. Ordered mozzarella bites with marinara…. didn’t get marinara. Ordered the sampler with lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and baked spaghetti… that was correct.
